It just shows they are inorganic and are immune to radiation. Inorganic means you possibly resist radiation and the waste proves they resist it

Satan's stood on the surface of the sun before and he gets stronger when absorbing heat and radiation. Garou's passive radiation would be his only wincon if it didn't make his opponent stronger, because Satan can just copy better. With no arms and a cross-shaped hole punched into his torso, Satan sat around for a couple hours and went from 4-B to 4-A.

Satan absorbs Garou's radiation, copies his fighting style by reading his mind for extra disrespect and shouts him into soul vapor GG.
