This is just Garou vs Mori Dan but weaker.
 
Mori already has 2 notable wincons. Fear Hax and Sealing.... In a physical matchup, idk aho outskills who and idk the gap but Garou does have boosts that get him above mori entirely in due, so potent he can get to High 6-A. Garou should have an edge there at the very least cuz i don't see Mori Jin having boosts that get him to another tier on his profile.
 
Incomplete Monkey King Mori can't use the gourd to seal since he doesn't know how to use it yet and the transformation itself has a time limit.

This fight basically boils down to whether or not Garou can avoid being crushed by Yeoui before Mori turns back into his base form.

No, the Gourd works on anyone except beings that hail from Heaven. But Ovens is right, I forgot the incomplete form can't use it.

Mori has Jeabongchim, a technique that multiplies all of his stats, which in this key I believe he can use up to 8x...? I forgot the max amount he used in this key. I don't really know how stats work on this site, but that should probably amount to something. Keep in mind that you can combine this with Mori's own Reactive Evolution & Accelerated Development.

I'd personally think Mori outskills Garou, but we'll get stuck in a 5-page debate on which one is more skilled and I'm too lazy for that, lol.

And as Ovens has mentioned, I forgot the Incomplete form doesn't know how to use the Gourd, so it's off-limits in this key...

Well, there's also Yeoui's sheer weight. Is Garou able to resist being thoroughly crushed just by having Yeoui dropped on him? (For reference, a character who could lift planet Mars had her arms snapped right off when she tried to lift Yeoui.)

And yeah, if Garou can't resist fear hax it's highly likely he'll surrender at the start of the match under its effects.

No, the gourd only works on demons, so much so that he already tried to absorb some leaves and it didn't work, It is also explained in the manga that it only works on demons and other beings it does not work.

Unfortunately i only have the scan in Portuguese, i don't remember the exact chapters where it happened

We literally see Mori suck in the entire population of the Sage Realm - including the humans like Daewi and Mira - so that he could transport them back to Earth.

In fact it is not false, it is said in the work itself, beings other than demons are not absorbed, so in this case maybe it's a retcon, because it's said that it only seals demons and Mori tried to absorb other things and it didn't happen.

What GOH did you read brother. Even in the scans you've shown, Hui wanted to absorb everything including the Energy Stone (the green thing!!!!), which is created by Okhwang, making it an item that hails from Heaven. Anything that hails from Heaven is off-limits for the Gourd.

As Ovens said, in the Sage Realm the gourd absorbed demons and humans alike, so what you say makes no sense.

But if I had to vote, I would vote for Mori jin

If it is a long-term fight, Garou will definitely win

But I think Mori jin has a chance to win before Garou can AD+RE Enough to have more stats than Mori jin and counter everything Mori jin does to him.

Mori jin can use Yeoui sheer weight to push down Garou And use Pressure Points technique to paralyze Garou + ignore durability + Healing Negation

And Mori jin Can instantly multiply power 8 times While Garou was paralyzed And spam attacks on Garou.

For the reasons I mentioned, I vote for Mori jin

I took a look at chapter 137 and 187 it seems that my translation is not correct.
 
Why are you guys so hellbent on pitting Mori against Garou? This is literally the third time, with three different keys, and in all of those keys, it was deemed a mismatch for one reason or another.

It's always a hassle. People always bring up things that don't even exist in the verse! And then there are some who don't have reading comprehension and go "but it's not in the profile and the scans you present don't prove anything." And their reasoning is "I don't think he has it."
