The Genie stomps. He has all the same powers, is more versatile, and one shots via anything
To be fair, Sans can one-shot too, and Nadakhan would use more of his abilities after understandind what kind of foe Sans is (still l├▓eading with one-shot first, thought).

Except that Sans doesn't one shot. That's a misconception. Its like a saw, hundreds of small hits that does more damage the longer you touch it. Furthermore, his attacks won't work on someone with even half as much mobility as himself, as he relies on out maneuvering his foes with his manipulation, which is hard countered by Nadakhan. This is also assuming he can't just transmute his attacks, BFR him, or wish him to life and one shot.

Now that I think about it, Nadakhan can also wish for Sans to never be able to hit him, and since Sans isn't the type of guy with a lot of willpower, he won't be able to overcome it, and this is not counting the fact that he could potentially wish for Sans to never have been born in the first place, and even the several other abilities that Nadakhan likely can do with his wishes, but haven't been showned...

... Yaeh, Sans would have a really abd time..

We might as well put Nadakhan (bloodlusted or with prior knowledge) against Zeno.
