when the reasoning is flawed or not there(not mentioning samus's speed mid end is also faster) it is vsbattles rules not to include themSirius The EM Troll said:yes, but 7/10 of us agree X wins.
I agreeReppuzan said:I think it's generally agreed that this should be left inconlusive due to:
1. X's significantly higher Durability and AP
2. Samus's vastly superior speed and the various unknowns about whether or not her hax beats X's or whether or not she can one-shot X.
yeSirius The EM Troll said:I definitely think X's hax are superior by a substantial margin, and that he can still take this, but I see where you guys are coming from. So is this to be left inconclusive, then?
Searching through the thread (I used Ctrl+F and used the word composite) it was never specified whether Composite X was used or not. If Composite X is used, then Composite Samus is fair game, and that's equally ridiculous in some ways. Over 100 energy Tanks, well over 1,000 Missiles, several hundreds Supers and Power Bombs, over 200% damage reduction by adding all the suit reductions together, all sorts of stuff. If Composite X and Samus are used we'll be here for at least a few months discussing every tiny possibility. The only way I can tell that will alow us can come to some sort of conclusion is pit these two against each other using some sort of standard arsenal. For Samus this is easy to come by, that being Samus at the end of Super Metroid/Zero Mssion, no Hyper Beam though, that would be too OP. That set of Power Ups is what she ends a good portion of the games with, and are sort of expected going into a Metroid game. X is more difficult, because he gets new weapons and armor upgrades each game. A friend of mine suggested using X4's Ultimate Armor and X1's weapons set, my friends saying that the X1 weapons set is X's most versatile. Also, I believe X receives the Ultimate Armor more than once, the only other armor getting that disctintion is the Falcon Armor I think.Reppuzan said:Assuming this is composite X
uh did you have to necro this thread?TheAccursedHunter01 said:Stuff
We're using Composite Samus, it's only fair that we use Composite X.TheAccursedHunter01 said:Searching through the thread (I used Ctrl+F and used the word composite) it was never specified whether Composite X was used or not. How so?Sirius The EM Troll said:btw, Isn't Samus being 100,000C or something an outlier?
