Seeing as this form of Venus doesn't have mid-godly Regenerationn, i'll go with Gemini due to atom hax and resistance to existence erasure

Venus has a resistance to atomization so I think it will resist some attacks of this type Venus has several useful resistance as a space time warping and hax very useful as erasure existance and several attacks on the spiritual plane (Saga has no resistance to this) Saga also has useful hax like dream manip, Soul manip

I'll give it to Gemini, Venus doesn't havent restistance to soul and space attacks and is prone to mind manipulation.

Actually she does have soul resistenace, Scaling from Saturn makes all senshi, able to exist without body or soul, as both Hotaru's body and soul were destroyed but Sailor Saturn was still able to appear. Also, hotaru as just a soul was able to resist soul destruction and protect other souls too.

As for space attack, she's got high resistance. Death phantom destroyed the spacetime they were all existing in, and they were falling to the end of time-space, they were all unaffected by such an event.

As for mind manipulation, while she has been susceptible to higher mind attacks from Sailor Moon villains, remember that, Senshi already have huge mind resistance feats, from when Metallia mind blasted the whole planet and the senshi were un affected.
