That's a wiki where people can make their own custom profiles. Judging it by just a few users is just a horrible generalization from you.
Regardless, Mystery's reasoning is utter BS and should be ignored if anything. There was a good reason why he got banned from here.

I still stand on my point, Sailor Cosmos is galaxy level+, not more, not less. I'm not sure about this guy since this is the first time I see this wiki but whatever. If he's arguing for multiversal Goku (update: he is, actually, lol) I do not approve of him.

I should not have to go into details about the bazillions of times that a Sailor Moon character has affected space-Time across the Universe, which has been stated to be infinite, The Dragon Ball example does not apply here, Omnipotence without feats is a Hyperbole, Limitless on a 4D scale with Feats makes perfect sense.

The exact same Blog that is proving Galaxy Level SM is using an only Planet Level statement to contradict the others, even for 2nd form SM that's a ridiculous Low End.

I don't know. Why are their multiple Infinite Universes, Infinite Timelines! There are multiple Infinities in the same dimension in so many different Fictions I'm dumbfounded this is an argument.

If the Manga goes so far as to state that this character was going to get this Crystal and hasn't shown this character can't control it, then they can control it, otherwise, High 2A Lavos no longer exists.
