RWBY Trimming Power Section

I've noticed that in the sections for magic users (Salem, Ozpin, Raven, Cinder), there seems to be an abundance of powers that can fit in one. For example, Air, Fire, Ice, Electricity, can all be put under Elemental Manipulation.

Is this fine?

Nope, two different sources, one magic-based, one not, and they dont ahve access to some when they do have access to others

Like for instance, Raven has elemental attacks with her sword and then she has elemental attacks with magic, two different sources
