RWBY Downgrade

Well, a while ago I got RWBY upgraded to multi-city block level via a feat Adam Tauras does and it's become a huge mistake. The calc was revised and got less than building level. As such I have to admit my mistake and get this fixed.

So pretty much all of RWBY should be downgraded to what it was before.

looks like there might be other further downgrades then, iirc afew people were scaled from Adam.

Soooooo....seeing that the majority of the RWBY characters are going to be downgraded based on this, should we take out the wins and losses on their pages for the time being?

Alright, man. Yeah until there is feats that could push them back up, all wins and losses of the RWBY characters are therefore, once again, outdated and removed for the time being.

Pretty much, yes. Unless there are feats that could bring them up, most if not possibly all of the RWBY characters will be downgraded to Building level.
