I mean, there are other problematic users in the past who have gotten long bans, but not a permaban for doing the kinds of thing Garchomp does (ZacharyGrossman)

I'd say three month ban minimum until I checked his previous history, and although the portions that I've seen weren't disrespectful to a level like this, it's obvious that the obnoxious behavior is consistent.
There should be no time limit for his ban in my opinion. There's nothing more disrespectful than to say a "finally" in a situation like that.

2 minutes after Arcker123 called him out. He could've deleted it himself or not sent it at all, but he waited till he was called out.
There's no "I'm kidding", you got called out. Simple.
But that's still not good enough. Something of that caliber shouldn't and won't be tolerated.

Had he been just waking characters and shit, I would've supported a 1 month ban or even less.
