It's not about the thread really, it just adds on to the whole thing. It's more about aggravating and confrontational behaviour, accusations and slander of digimon scalers, insults towards entire fandoms and more. If it wasn't for the previous ban I doubt he'd be getting a significant punishment but he was banned for 3 whole years and when he comes back he just starts crapping on people again. I only have this in particular, beyond that it does seem that Sean has been more directly contributive as he no longer jumps to indexing without corroborating around what he wants to add is accepted (Jinx666's incidents implying otherwise has more to do with that user pushing for a no longer accepted narrative to begin with, inciting drama in general), so while Sean still keeps falling on negative behavior, I do still notice it has improved, so I'd think that a permaban would be overkill as he's improving, a temporary ban is still fair game if you ask me, however.Unfortunately, we might have to ban him again then.

That seems more reasonable. A permanent ban seems like extreme overkill for something mostly silly like this.

Very sorry to just now be getting to this. But honestly I don't recall enough of the prior history regarding Sean to know of any new particular examples of what can be in further support of a new ban, other than what Strym and Bobsican have already dug up themselves. That said, I do recall him being problematic in the past because of things like hidden biases, cryptic comments & tactics aimed at certain groups or fanbases (the Digimon thing) and secret intentions as far as revisions go. So I don't really have much to offer than what has already been said, even if I do share the same or similar sentiments as banning him again (however long that ban should be, though, is beyond my purview).

But that wasn't for this behavior. That was for derailing threads, which I paid with my life for. It's not against the rules to have a grudge against Digimon, much less when you genuinely feel screwed over by them.

Do you really think I would be stupid enough to repeat the exact same mistakes that got me banned the first time? In the same post, I clarify that my "revenge" is making a new Verse-Specific Powers and Abilities profile, because the best revenge is living well.

To add @Super_Ascended_Sean_Pazdera WAS also active in the Legend of Zelda thread... to question everyone, and imply that they aren't doing anything, even when he had been repeatedly told what was done behind the scenes (Chariot was usually the one addressed and the one who responded), also he took everything as an attack, etc.
(I found these quickly, but I think it's by far the lightest of what he said)

If they get mad at me asking, it's on them, especially when they choose not to answer me. I'm not usually one to come in with sock accusations, but seeing the fact that his ban went into effect just one month before this account was made, who derailed the Zelda discussion thread with similar distaste (to a less exteme extent than what's he said about Digimon fans) for Final Fantasy fans to the point glassman considered reporting him for derailment made me suspicious. Sean himself made comments about "defeating final fantasy" in the same thread. Tylo's last comment before just disappearing from the wiki entirely wasn't long before Sean began commenting in the thread.
That by itself I wouldn't consider worthy sock evidence, but it made me do something I never do and dug around Tylo's wiki profile and seans actually edited/blanked sandboxes made by Tylo specifically even months after the account's activity stopped. Even the sandbox he linked in his recent battle styles CRT initally started out as a sandbox by tylo before Sean blanked it. For all I know he and Tylo are like bff's off site and he was given permission to go and take stuff from his sandboxes but it's something I thought worth mentioning given the similar behavior and odd timing of it all.

I actually just grab Pokemon stuff from dead accounts. For example I got the Paldean starters from an account that was banned years ago before fixing them up.

Much of this is fairly minor, very nearly default powerscaler behavior. I don't say this to mean it is not against the rules or reportable- it has occurred with enough tenacity and intensity to be at least worthy of rebuke, but it isn't a grievous offense, I think.
Now, the wider discussion of whether past behavior dictates greater punishment than a slap on the wrist (which I'd normally advocate for in such circumstances).
His original unban rings particularly hollow- I say this as the individual who enabled it. It being only a year ago makes me particularly pessimistic- not very long at all to be turning around. Going through recent behavior, I would feel vindicated in saying we should reinstate the ban we lifted from Sean. Still, I will opt for an alternative- I would propose, given everything, that Sean be given a final chance. With all of this being uncovered at once, I think a final opportunity to actually, demonstrably stop with the obsession before reinstating a permanent ban, is the best option.
Sean must stop antagonizing random other fanbases and must stop aggressively asserting demonstrably untrue things about them. He must stop insulting others over casual discussion. He must abide by the rules. Otherwise I see no choice other than to issue the ban again. That is my stance on the subject.

This report thread is honestly the first time I've been notified that people feel this intensely about me. Looking back I suppose my no-nonsense attitude has been very easy to come off as rude or condescending, and for that I am sorry. Furthermore, the purpose of my latest CRT, other than humor, was not to tell people I would begin doing again the things that got me banned in 2020, rather that I would return full time to reinforcing the Pokemon verse on the site.

I only said that once, everything else was people saying Digimon stomps Pokemon. Not sure what the second is referring to, but what I did say is that they seem to have a bias against DB.

It's really hard to believe that you didn't know how people feel about your comments after being repeatedly told to knock off your behavior and clearly witnessing their frustration over your continuous harassment. You seem to justify your behavior by saying that holding a grudge against a franchise does not violate any rules, but there is a difference between simply disliking a franchise and being continuously hostile and toxic towards their fanbase. I personally don't feel that you're being honest and genuine here.

I've had people say stuff like "Alright, that isn't a polite thing to say." before, in which I did back off, but there have also been a lot of stuff I didn't know people took issue with, like my newest CRT. I can still be sorry for what it totaled up to.

I am fine with a strict warning for Sean, but don't think that his behaviour is bad enough for a ban. He has to shape up or likely face a temporary ban, yes, but we cannot threaten with a permanent ban over something relatively trivial like this, and then expect him to constantly figuratively walk on eggshells all the time because he was banned previously for other types of offences.
