Pan should deadass get a hobby at this point year in, it's summertime, and if this is his brand of social justice he's trying to serve up, my man is vehemently against undertaking any action/reporting that would relevantly matter or be considered, like he hasn't even touched the wiki/FANDOM rules page.

All I'll say is that I prefer if the offending individuals simply get perma-banned. I have no interest in spending any more time thinking about them than the bare minimum. They're not worth my time or yours.

Absolutely not. She already received two bans prior to this, first ban being indefinite, the second being reverted to 6 months, and on top of this she has constantly belittled everyone on that thread (The OPM thread) for no apparent reason at all and now she devolves to petty threats.
Not only that, she has a history of brash behavior with other members and has created chaos in certain Dragon Ball-related threads and blogs.
