So for how long should we ban Shiedaisthepeak? For a year, or longer or briefer?

For comparison sake:
Twisted_Little_Raven received a ban of two weeks for an inappropriate conversation with a meme of an innuendo (the image has since expired)

While it should also be noted Raven had prior warnings about inappropriate comments, the comment made by @Shiedaisthepeak is frankly worse than what she got banned for, specially since they tried hiding behind another language; the fact they also wrote it apparently unsolicited; and tried to explain it away with a lie (though I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt there by simple courtesy). So 1 month (as originally proposed for Raven in her report) would be the minimum for me as things stand.

I will nevertheless wait for @Shiedaisthepeak explanation before giving my final thoughts.

I have come to fully explain something you misunderstood and harshly judged me for.

FIRST JUDGMENT: 'This is not from a series.'

It’s natural for you to make this comment without reviewing the link I provided, but please allow me to explain. If you search for this quote online along with the series I mentioned, you will find the connection I referred to. Additionally, if you look at both of our profiles, you’ll realize this is meant as a 'joke.' Please also review my CRTs and profiles — you won’t find even the slightest insult or disrespect. This is an inside joke between friends. (The situation I need to add is that the person referred to as Floxia currently hates me, and I can provide evidence of the insults they've said behind my back. I want to clarify that this person is neither a witness nor a friend of mine in any way. This is an issue from the past.)

Since electronic translations can be weird, there is a quora post inquiring about the meaning of the notable word above — Actual Turkish people also corroborate the translation from google, describing the word as extremely profane:

Of course, I don’t deny this judgment, but I will keep the explanation brief. What I did was a reference to the character the person is a fan of, which is part of a local humor style. You can see this in the 'TikTok link' I shared, and you can also find it if you search for it in Turkish.

CONCLUSION:

This is merely a joke made with 'one' person. Otherwise, you can understand this from the comment by Floxia on my profile saying, 'I’m waiting for you on Discord.' Here, I list all my CRTs and request that my actions be reviewed. I find it absurd and illogical for my account to be removed over just a joke. Thank you in advance for reading.

I want to clarify that I am not taking him as an assistant, as I don’t want to be misunderstood; he is someone I deeply respect. I believe he is familiar with my communication with him as well as my attitude toward people and in CRTs. Therefore, I specifically request his opinion.

It’s personally disappointing that you would place me so easily in the “liar” category without even searching the TikTok link I shared or looking it up online. Despite my stating that the matter was resolved and the joke had ended, they used a phrase like, "Let me tell Antvasima to get you banned." It is clear that this was a joke, yet I am now facing a situation where the other party has approached me with hostility and bullied me on TikTok after commenting on my profile.

Aren't you aware that the link you gave goes to a random video that has nothing to do with the TV series you mentioned?

Also, all the episodes of the series you mentioned have already been to YouTube, so you can give us a video and timestamp of where exactly the "joke" you mentioned was said. There are many people in this forum who can translate from turkish to english, it is quite easy to determine whether you is telling the truth or not.
