TheImagineBreaker121212 is being fairly problematic as seen on this thread, this thread, and a couple others. And this includes various people's message walls as well as my own wall. He is also somewhat aggressive, but mostly he's just very obnoxious; which includes him triple posting and repeating the exact same circled arguments back and forth.

He's admitted that he came here just to be this user's messenger as seen on his own wall. But basically, he's frequently been posting the same quantity over quality arguments that really aren't good for anyone's health; and especially not his own or "his friend's". And this includes but not limited to heavily exaggerating Sonic the Hedgehog's powers and abilities while downplaying Super Mario Bros. He's also persistent no matter how many times he's asked to drop it. It's easy for to think he's the same guy, but regardless of whether or not he is; it's still a fact that he's his puppet (May or may not be a sock puppet, but still a puppet none of the less). Furthermore, he did upload an image containing a slur word which should be deleted. The fact that ZaStando is the one who called someone that is further reason to find his being here questionable.

I recall another user who's close to ZaStando mentioning that his block should be extended to permanent, but the same thing may be done here at this point.

Edit: On second thought, Imagine may not need a ban but at least a warning, but ZaStando might still need his extended given his actual attitude. It's now pretty evident he's not him now. Furthermore, his new account suggests ZaStando's old account ban needs to be extended and the new account be permabanned.
 
Making bad arguments isn't exactly against the rules, though if he's going to people's message walls after being told to stop that is an issue. He's on mine but I did tell him I would actually respond when I got less busy.

He probably just didn't notice with the image tbh, I've done stuff like that before since it's not really something i'd ordinarily look twice at, being of that minority and all. Someone should delete that though.

The biggest issue is the possibility of sockpuppeting. If he's confirmed a sock then yeah go for it, but otherwise he hasn't really done anything bannable and as such would get a warning. Them being the same person is definitely possible, but I haven't looked in to that enough to say one way or another.
 
Yeah I'm that person who suggested a permanent ban to ZaStando but imagine should not be banned. Despite his controversial opinions, he is still a respectful person who remains to be courteous to everyone, unlike ZaStando. All he wants is a discussion about what he has to the table but no one has been willing to have a proper discussion about it. This will hopefully change in the near future. Just putting my two cents here.
 
That context of said slur is also completely inoffensive, and what specific language people say to one another offsite in casual conversation doesn't really seem too relevant to extending bans, barring actual harassment. Hell, I call my friends that some times. If Zastando is black it's literally just a pronoun.
 
Zastando didn't come back immediately.......... but if he continues on my wall he might get banned once again....

@myhero doesn't look like he's getting off again but if he continues i wouldn't be exactly surprised.

i'm sort of getting tired of this sonic stuff to be honest but I can at least display tier 4 sonic or tier 2 infinite if an exception is unlocked or something
 
guys, I sound on K2 Sh** but i really don't think banning zastando again was a good idea......... edit: he's that guy that will generate 70 accounts just to prove his point and get it across no lie. I think we should try to compromise before he goes batsh**

that's the problem, you won't know if it's him or not..... you'll be confused on every sense of the word..... let's ask this question...... he revealed himself here, you guys just blatantly rejected him seemingly, than he got banned again?, do you guys really believe he will make the same attempt again? i doubt it, and i know the guy. the thing that happened here will be unpredictable mass of sonic-wank on a grand scale unforeseen individually and you guys won't see it. the "we have to keep banning him" isn't going to work and neither is the ip block method, there's tons of html and vpn software out there.

at first i was angry that you guys thought i was tyler but after going through his history here and viewing his ip address, you guys had a valid reason to suspect me.

but i'm a "forgive and forget and improve upon" type of dude, so i have experience with this thing....... been to the deep regions of cancer in the net as well. I really say we should compromise and discuss this with him since "that's what he wanted from the very beginning"
 
We've had people even worse than him before, we'll can ban him again. We've had people who's done pretty much the same thing, except some of those same people upload pornography on top of that; which is for lack of better words F***ed up beyond belief. We can block them, report them to Fandom, and if crime goes overboard, we can report them to their country's authorities.

Anyway, we'd appreciate it if you stop derailing the Rule Violations Report thread as that's another thing that gets annoying.
 
I always knew from the start you weren't Tyler. We talked before, but you won't really remember me. Aside from this I do believe you can actually convince ZaStando to calm down and compromise, but it's not gonna work. The people here aren't going to bend the rules for your friend. Besides this needs to be talked about elsewhere.

ferocious as zastando? yeah, imagine the illusion of 1000 zastando's across the site unknowingly stalking you guys down.... at this point, he knows who to avoid, and if that's us, antavasma and similar co. sure it can be broken however if there's a rule guideline on zastando it won't be "vsbattle" wiki it'll be " 65% of vsbattle community Vs Zastando" wiki (that sounds off for some reason but already turned into that sort of)
 
I don't think that we need to extend the ban on his original account, as he has not done anything particularly bad yet, but his attempts to upgrade the Sonic pages won't ever lead anywhere either, and if he starts spamming, we will have to use WHAM to mass-remove his posts, so it is better if he permanently stops wasting his time.

In any case, please stop derailing.
