Volume 6 Ruby should have time stop with Jinn's lamp in her equipments. Since she uses Jinn's time stop in combat at least once (9:35)

But its not a part of her usual equipment. Also Jinn would not allow Ruby to use her like that.

Hmm, I'm not really in favor of this. Several characters at this point have carried the Relic. We might as well be giving Time Stop to every character who has held it and knows the means of activating it.

I agree with closing it. Unlike Deku's gloves mentioned earlier up in the thread, this item is not specific to Ruby.
