ROF Gohan and Tagoma possible revisons

Gohan said that tagoma is as strong as his best (aka Ultimate Gohan) Now you might say gohan only said "might"

This is supported by this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0fw_Rfc685M an off guard tagoma took a head butt to the crotch by Super Gotenks

and this was before ginyu switched bodies with tagoma

so ROF Gohan and Tagoma and Captin ginyu (In Tagomas body) Should be scaled to Ultimate Gohan

Wasn't Tagoma casually beaten down by SSJ Gohan? Ginyu didn't fare any better.

If Tagoma was that strong, Gohan wouldn't have been able to do anything, since he's gotten much weaker.

That is not confirmed Gohan in episode 22 said this Gohan: "I can't put out my full power... Is it because I slacked off on my training?"

Gohan: "I have no choice..." then he turns SSJ so this implys that he has to use SSJ to reach the levels of his Ultimate form based off all of this they should be scaled to ultimate gohan

Probably all of them even Piccolo are below SSJ Gohan in power or a little above it.

Well true, Gohan as a SSJ would most likely be the strongest Z Fighter aside from Gotenks seeing as how he might be around his Buu Saga Self pre Mystic or even weaker seeing as how he said he might be able to go SSJ still, meaning he would've gotten quite a bit weaker, he's most likely now below SPC and his Cell Games self again while SSJ Gotenks has to at least be above Mr Buu, so I think they are good as they are, but statements from Goku, Vegeta and Gohan I believe should put 1st Form Frieza (ROF) above SSJ3 Gotenks and Regular Super Buu
