So Rin is good at stealth and has better than range and AP than Kai. Although Kai can likely absorb her chi and become stronger, but Rin still has her Frantic Mode to make herself stronger. Also Rin has the advantage at durability due to Shinobi Barriers. What does Kai usually do?

By numbers she's better, but Kai scales well above 52 tons so they're very close, if not even. Frantic mode reduces Rin's durability iirc, and summons + enhanced senses + chi sensing helps Kai against stealth tactics.

Kai starts off either by trying to restrain his opponent with his chain swords/weakening them then restraining, or if he's at a distance he'd probably try summons.
