Currently Madara after he was revived and gained Hashirama's Sage Mode is listed as 7B, at least 7-A which gives the impression than he is weaker than he was when he was when he was an Edo when if anything he was much stronger. Hashirama said that he had reclaimed his full power, and he was easily able to defeat all nine Biju at once.
The reason he isn't listed as 6-C in this form seems to be because he didn't use any attacks with Island level DC but that doesn't mean he still doesn't have acess to those attacks. He still has Perfect Susanoo and his meteors, he just didn't use them during the few chapters he was in this form.
So anyway, I think Revived Madara with Sage Mode should be listed as 6-C.
