Alright, I guess I’ll make a case for Cassandra Cain, although I’m not entirely sure what the standards are.

Like, do I just list pure skill feats, do I list people that she’s beaten, do I include stuff about her abilities?

Predicting their next thousand moves perfectly obviously being even more impressive. This is also dependent on how they predict said move, example being A predicts B’s next move because of B’s stance vs X predicting Y’s next move just by seeing how Y breathes.

If he can’t predict the next thousand moves he’s going to make then he doesn’t know every move he’s going to make does he?

It’s not everything except for the next 1000 moves. Everything means everything. If a character knows exactly how the fight is going to play out from start to finish then that includes the next 1000 moves.
 
If the character doesn’t have infinite speed and if the fights are lasting a finite duration, all of them are. Then being able to predict an infinite number of moves or have an infinite number of moves is useless because because the fights don’t last forever, they have a start and finish.

A character cannot use an infinite number of moves in a finite timeframe. So it’s useless.

Knowing the moves a person is going to make from start to finish of a fight is the logical limit of analytical prediction, anything more than that is redundant.

Knowing an infinite number of moves gives you an infinite number of options to account for. If you know anything that the opponent could possibly do then how exactly is that a redundant ability? You don't need to actually execute infinite moves. You just need to know them, and if you know them, you can just account for what you need. Your not actually gonna try and execute infinite moves lol.

Say Yujiro is fighting someone who has a infinite move set. Yujiro knows that the fight will last 60 seconds and that the person will throw 500 moves in that span of time. Yujiro doesn’t need to know all infinite moves he has, he just needs to know all the moves he’ll use for the duration of the fight.

Yeah but I had to read through the chapters while downloading the scans, uploading them to imgur, and meticulously positioning the links properly in the sentences so it looked readable. This was not pre-prepared lol.

Alright, here’s the layout for Cassandra Cain.

When Cass was born, she wasn’t taught how to speak or read, she was only taught how to read body language. Her body reading gives her the ability to read intentions, and she already knows what her opponent had just begun to think about doing. She can read her opponents’ feelings and maybe even know their thoughts.

She can copy her opponents’ techniques mid-fight, and she’s one of the only three people in the world that know the Falling Leaf nerve pinch technique (the other two being Batman and her father, David Cain).

She mastered nearly all forms of unarmed combat as a child and she’s proficient in virtually any form of combat. She’s frequently stated to be vastly more skilled than Batman, who knows at least 127 styles of martial arts, and she defeated Lady Shiva, something that Batman had never been able to do, and it caused her to become renowned as the greatest martial artist in the world with unsurpassed fighting abilities.

Batman has stated that nobody is as good of a fighter as Cassandra, she’s easily defeated the likes of Barbara Gordon, Stephanie Brown and Tim Drake, and it’s been stated that Deathstroke can’t defeat her in hand-to-hand combat.

Not really. Remove the powers and all you're left with is him being able to fight people who are thousands of years old and being able to match a copy of himself. Which can be claimed by many, many characters that aren't here.

I'm glad that you (Or someone in general), finally asked! Give me some time, I will edit her feats into this post later.

Right, Sion. Before I explain why Sion is a absolute beast, I have to explain Knights first. Basically, in Knight Run Knights are elite soldiers tasked with infiltrating and assassinating High Level aliens, with the strongest being Zero Types. In order to be elected for the Knight order, one must be the cream of the crop across countless worlds. Only the most skilled and strongest are elected to become Knight Trainees. As a Trainee, you are trained in sword fighting and military tactics for years, until you can participate in the graduation exam, which is suriving on a real battlefield under Knight chaperons. This exams can be absolutely brutal though. We saw 1 such exam within the story, multiple transport ships full with trainees participated. Only 3 trainees survived that exam, even a Knight Chaperon died that day. So even if you are talented and special, you can still die like a dog on the battlefield.

Once you passed that, you become a Knight. Knights are supersoldiers who have to fight wars against flying, lasershooting aliens, with some high levels being able to whipe out entire military troops on their own, with nothing but a sword and the occasional, vanilla super power, like fire manipulation or telekinesis. Knights who have distinguished themselve on constant planetary wars can advance to Master Knight status, which are elites among elites. Master Knights are tasked with killing Zero Types, the strongest alien class out there. Zero Types can literally melt space fleets on their own and are unkillable without any Knight Support.

Lets talk about Zero Types more in depth. Zero Types are graded and range from D to SS. A single D rank could fight a group of 17 Knights plus 1 Master Knight, kill 5 Knights and hospitalize the other 12 and the Master Knight. The grades inbetween require a varying level of Master Knights. A S grade? They can stop multiple fleets plus armies of Master Knights on their own. Remember that.

Now back to the human side, lets talk about Cold Heroes and the Top Sword. Cold Heroes are legendary Knights that have been so powerful and skilled that they are frozen up and only thawed for when Humanity is on the brink of destruction. Cold Heroes are literal gods compared to your average Master Knight and only the top echelon is can become one. The Top Sword on the other hand, is the greatest Knight that currently lives. The Knight Order itself awards that title, making it objectivly correct in universe.

So much fluff that is basically just lolskillchain, now lets actually talk about Sion.

Technique copy: Sion can, with a single view on any martial art, perfectly copy the art. It was stated that Sion copies the art so well it becomes something she has done tens of thousands of time. Not only that, she can break the art done to its concept in her head. She could for example reconstruct a sword art whose theory was lost after witnissing it once, determine every stances' and moves' purpose and rebuild it into something personal.

Analytical Prediction: A somewhat weaker aspect of hers, but still pretty good. Sion can kick her sword high into the air in order to kill something high in the air and have it fall back into her hands while a enemy was speedamping towards. Said amp was described as being basically teleporation, and by reading it, she could perfecty counterattack it midteleportation.

Enhanced Senses: Sion scales above her pupil Clint, who learned everything from Sion. Clint could accuratly pinpoint an enemy through a multistory building full with other peoples, by tapping his sword onto the ground and feeling what he described as a "Dangerous step". Mofo could even tell their gender just by that.

Acrobatics: Every Knight worth their shit have to be able to fight in what Knight Run describes as "Spatial Combat". A Knight has to be able to fight to their fullest regardless of spatial allignment and footing, which echoes with the fact that Knights frequently have to engage in space battles.

Reflexes: Sion copied the Six Evil One God style and such as access to the First Evil, a pure reflex skill which allows for near unlimited counters.

Body Control: Sion can fight while her body is barely muscles on bones. Her entire body constantly breaking apart and rotting. Deathly sickly and radiated to hell and back and in spite of all of that can still fight.

AccelDev: The most skilled Knights where stated to be constantly evolving midfight against stronger enemies. Sion herself has done that to extraordinary degree and I will elaborate on that at a later section

Martial Arts/Sword mastery: Sion's sword art has been refined to the absolute limit. One of its signature characteristics is that the blade becomes invisible when she throws a cut. By freeing her sword of any form or rhythm, it becomes unperceiveable, something not achieveable by speed. Not only that, she possess numerous other Martial arts, including the Mayer Style, a ancient martial arts comprised of all earthly martial arts condenced into one Style, a Style so effective that it allows humans to fight with Aliens barehanded, the infamous Pray Style which is a far more powerful and effective form evolved from the Mayer Style and so on. Furthermore, Sion can reflect the physical force of attacks back at the attacker and neutralize attacks by using the same attack.

Now the most insane thing Sion did: Sion Zail vs Hyperion. Can't really explain why this is such a insane feat without explaining the fight, so bear with me.

To set the scene, prior to their final fight, Sion had a offscreen fight with Hyperion, there she was at peak condition. She barely evaded mutual destruction, but managed to kill Hyperion. Fast foward in their second and final fight, literally all odds are stacked against Sion. Before the fight even began, the condition of Sion could only be described as horrific. Girl was deathly sick, radiated to hell and back and had a barely functioning body. Her body looked worse than a slaughterhouse. If that sounded bad than wait till you hear the next thing. Even when she was healthy, Sion was the physically weaker one compared to Hyperion. Now get this, Hyperion passivly erodes space around it, cutting the physical stats of anyone standing inside said space by 80%. 80 PERCENT! To recap, Sion, who even at physical peak was weaker than her opponent, had to fight something in a near death state ON TOP of only having 20% of her strength left.

But wait, it gets worse. Hyperion possesses a Weapon called Mystletein, which has the pleasant ability of deconstructing everything it touches. A Single hit would be fatal for Sion. Additionally, Mysteltein can grant that ability to other spears, meaning that Hyperion could rain down oneshotting spears. Oh and its freely controlable, meaning that Hyperion could throw Mystletein, remote control it and have it return to it whenever and however it wants.

Ain't the end, Hyperion has 2 revives. Sion bested all of that above and killed Hyperion. Hyperion revived, got a powerup and hyperspeed movement. Sion killed it again. It revived ******* again. This time, it fused with Mystletein, amplyfing the deconstruction effect of it massivly. Just standing near it slowly eroded you and the range of that erosion aura was massive. So now Sion had kill Hyperion again, while it turned into General Grievous, got even stronger and slowly killed Sion by presence alone.

Sion finally killed it. And do you know what she had avaiable the entire fight? A Sword. With no hax attached to it. Sion fought Hyperion nonstop without any breaks throughout their fight, with nothing but a sword. Determination, Willpower and the duty to protect her homeworld and loved ones kept her going.

Not forgetting smaller fluff: Sion was a Top Sword and holds the second highest record of promotion speed with 2 years of Knight service before becoming the greatest Knight at that time. Hyperion was a Grade S Type Zero, Sion is the first and only Knight to have ever slain a Grade S alone and without any support. When Sion was a child, she whooped a seasoned Knights ass after 4 weeks of playtraining lol.

When Sasaki was alive, he had never won a single match in his entire life. At his dojo, he was one of the weakest students and was outclassed to the point that even if he fought one of his fellow students 100 times over he would not prevail.

Sasaki trained for half a month, and utterly surpassed the man who outclassed him to the point Sasaki gave the man visions of Sasaki cutting him in half. Sasaki achieved this both through muscle training, but also through using his incredible analytical abilities to fight the man 146 times over that half year.

After this, Kojiro would leave his dojo for many years to come and would train against all of the people in his dojo in in his mind for 4 years and 9 months, eventually even eclipsing his old master in strength, who before Kojiro left the dojo, previously appeared so strong to Kojiro that he was akin to a tiger.

After this, Kojiro went on a long journey of fighting and losing against opponents. He would face people that utterly eclipsed him in power and skill, and would proceed to train against all of these opponents in his mind until he had become strong enough to win against them. In Record of Ragnarok lore, Kojiro continued to lose until he had reached the absolute pinnacle of human swordsmanship until he died in his fight against Musashi

It is stated that after he died, Kojiro continued to train his skills in heaven for over 400 years. Along with this, the contestants of Ragnarok on the human side are all summoned in their peak/their youth where they were at their most strongest, but, due to his everlasting training even after death, Kojiro's old, decrepit body was considered to be his "golden age".

Now we will get to the actual fight between him and Poseidon.

As soon as his fight with Poseidon began, the man was able to immediately predict 18 exact ways Poseidon could end his life even though neither of them had even made a single move in the battle, a feat for his analytical abilities.

In the exact same fight, Kojiro's secret technique, the Tsubame Gaeshi, allowed him to counter Poseidon, someone he had already imagined stomping him over 18 times before the God of the Sea had even made a single move, and he was even able to make Poseidon look him in the eye, a God notorious for his ruthlessness, but also his under-evaluation of the human race.

Once the fight finally took off, Kojiro was capable of dodging attacks that were much faster than him, due to the fact he had already experienced said attacks in his mind, as as soon as the fight had started, Sasaki formed a perfect image of Poseidon in his head, and faced off against the image countless times, allowing him to know all of Poseidon's possible attack patterns, and thus allowing him to avoid them even though they were much faster than he was. This technique is referred to as the "thousand-image defense".

But, regardless of this, this was only an inkling of Poseidon's true power, and the god eventually began to speed blitz Kojiro after getting partially serious, even though he was already much faster than Kojiro. But even with this, Kojiro's sword, which was stated to have stepped into the surpassed humanity and stepped into the realm of the gods, held up against Poseidon's onslaught via Kojiro predicting Poseidon's moves constantly throughout the exchange, allowing him to evolve in response to Poseidon's attack.

But even with this, Poseidon was still able to out-skill Kojiro and saw through the man's constant predictions, and even with this, Kojiro continued to persevere through the onslaught, continuously evolving to suit the situation and the attacks coming towards him in order to avoid death.

Obviously, Poseidon stomped him and broke his Volund. It comes back through a Re-Volund so don't worry.

So, as usual, Poseidon attacked and Kojiro countered it. But, what is unique about this, is that he was able to perfectly copy the movements of his old opponents, every last one, after countless upon countless repetitions of his fights with them in his mind during his 400-year training after his death.

And eventually...

He even began to wound Poseidon, multiple times even despite the God of the Sea previously absolutely decimating him! Sasaki's technique was so strong even, that by the time the exchange ended, Poseidon was utterly littered with wounds.

BUT OBVIOUSLY, Poseidon started stomping him again, moving so fast that even with his thousand-image defense, Kojiro literally could not react in time to counter. Poseidon proceeded to make it EVEN WORSE by covering the man in a dome of attacks that were also exceptionally faster than his reaction speed, coming from all directions.

Kojiro was able to just barely react, but, obviously, because Poseidon's dick is bigger than the Pacific Ocean, he was still rocking Kojiro's shit to the point Kojiro felt as though Poseidon's strength was akin to an endless abyss. That is how utterly outclassed Kojiro was in this fight.

But...

Sasaki was only getting started. As shown in the scan, he continued to counter Poseidon's attacks despite their speed and power, and it was even stated that all of these stomp-worthy attacks only served to make the man even stronger. That is how busted Sasaki Kojiro's analytics are.

He'd finally reached the Sea God in strength.

And with that, Sasaki's awareness rapidly evolved.. He began to scan even deeper, to the vibrations in the air, to the trembles of the Earth, to the point that he was stated to have begun to scan all of creation at once, and finally stole the techniques of Poseidon.

After so long of getting stomped, Kojiro began to seamlessly pass through Poseidon's attacks with newfound skill, putting on display the insane evolution of this ******. Kojiro's skill had evolved so god damn much, that he invented an entire new technique that ******* cut Poseidon's arm off, and he even did it AGAIN.

And finally, he killed Poseidon with his final Swallow-Tiger combo.

TL;DR... Sasaki ******* obliterates Zoro.

I proposed that Kojiro replace Taskmaster lol. I wasn't kidding when I thought that Kojiro had better feats than what was displayed in Taskmaster's post.

If that doesn't work then he can simply replace Zoro or whatever One Piece character is on the list.

Since my past posts were kinda overlooked I'll post them again. Chinamen on the go.

Zhong Yue - for additional info look at his profile but below is the skillz/creativity and his legendary analytical prediction.

Only after starting his journey as a cultivator, he manage to only learn the essence of a skill (just by it being presented before it once) but also combine it with another art he known.

The main way to use powers in verse is through Visualization which is basically using your mind to visualize the "runes" which form all the things be it a simple cloth, an element, a sword skill, an animal, etc. This thing has 3 stages of mastery: Thinking of what one wants to visualize; Subconscious visualization which is just like how it's a natural thing for humans to eat, drink and sleep; Unconscious visualization which it's done without any thoughts like how humans breathe. He has reached the third stage in just ten-days and can do it for 24 of hours even while being asleep. This is something that even genius cultivators take decades if at all. He can fight against someone who also has reached the state of instinctive reaction and who is on the same status of mastery as him. Later he fought with multiple people like this who were higher in realm than him and he not only was beating them but also training/cultivating at the same time.

Can unleash all the strength of his psyche, soul and body in perfect coordination, and because of that while people will only use 100% of their prowess he can use 140%.

Can using strings of a zither to cast sword skills which would confuse most sword users as it makes them think of unlimited variations of the zither string which can be controlled as if they are his arms.

He's a master of a multitude of weapons like swords, hooks, whips, hammers, sabers and shields using them at the same time but he favors two sabers for which he created multiple techniques. Even the hair on his body can be used a weapon to attack or defend.

Learned the Sixty Four Sword Styles - sword silks which follow an arithmetic progression; the 1st sword style required the manipulation of one sword silk, two sword silks for the 2nd style, and so on. Art that focuses on finesse and subtlety, emphasizing its various permutations and transformations. It requires an extraordinary ability for calculation and control; without such endowments, it would be useless despite how much one practices. Basically one would need to coordinate, calculate and control for each style from 1 to 64 of sword silks and if all were to be executed together it would be 2080 sword silks.

He can control autonomic his muscles to seal their wound/bleeding and has absolute control over his movements having no waste of energy/stamina.

Managed to deduce from just one or two sentences of someone nearly every information about herself, her father and her master.

Can fight with multiple martial art masters at the same time who uses everything about them - muscles, bones, hair and even sweet as a weapon. Always being circled by 4 to 5 masters and every time one or more fell others will take their place. In this fight, he uses multiple ways to deal with them showing his versatility and creativeness (normal attacks, soul attacks, sound bases one, elemental ones, flute/bell/sword/zither skills, hair, etc) plus getting better at the fight as it continued as his mastery increased. Then he fought with 23 of them at the same time.

Reached a level of seeing and using simple moves as the most complex things for simplicity is the ultimate manifestation of complexity. The first time he realized this Zhong decided that all his skills are too flawed and childish so he remade them while watching a fight between two combatants.

Zhong Yue can break skills through sheer technique by striking the center of balance and core of them.

Had fought with 2 Martial Heavenly Masters at the same time who each were 3 realms above him with just his technique. Must be noted that just an increase in realm is a big thing and if we use the tier/speed of the wiki then he was High 7-A with SoL reactions vs 4-B with MFTL+ reaction.

Learned an art just by watching snowflakes (a storm) where a large part of these snowflakes were each an individual and unique skill while someone who was known as the next heir of the Bai clan took half a month while under the guidance of an elder.

While most people will learn skills/arts from others be their teachers, parents, elders, sects, etc...all he knows is thanks to his own deduction of creating or copying them. He once created his own melee fighting style that changes between Yin and Yang, Demon and God, etc so that the energy released by his attacks will confuse the enemy and to break their own attacks.

Zhong Yue reached such a level that no mistake can be made before him otherwise his opponent will die and just him standing thanks to his stance will make others fear to attack for there is no flaw no matter which direction they will try to attack from. Not even when he unlocked the bloodline of 8000 Fuxi Warriors and with their new prowess, the best of them still couldn't defeat him as Zhong stood and showed no flaw in his stance. The bloodline of the Fuxi, for example, will make that everything about you, your techniques, secrets arts, bloodline, and concepts of the world will be reflected in their Fuxi scales and still it did nothing to help him combat Zhong Yue.

He also created techniques while in a fight and mastered/perfected them at the same time.

Zhong Yue knows so many skills/techniques and can use them separately with his second body to not show any duplication while fighting against himself in a tournament where an entire continent has come to watch and no one could say if they were the same person.

He once fought with another fighter for 8 months without stopping as both never used the same technique for a second time as that would mean a loss for it means that one of them has reached a limit - Zhong Yue won as his opponent had no other choice but to use a past move again and at the same time he improved and learned all the skills his foe has a show at the same time in this long fight.

Created his Yin Yang Style which evolves as he does along the way and uses it to redirect attacks of others.

Zhong Yue's has so much knowledge on various skills/techniques that he imparted to multiple students and it will take all of them 10 - 20 years to learn it. He was around 26 years old here and could still create all these arts for them. Most of the techniques he has on the profile are created by him - and he has 50 of them (the profile still lacks his final key so there will be several more in the future) - one of these on the his current last key has him creating the Innate Eight Triagrams that explain the wonders of the Universe through its changes making him able to control its aspects which helped him comprehend later Daoless Heaven which existed before Dao themselves.

Later he created a technique which separates everything in Yin and Yang, positive and negative to calculate and compute the form, mass, orbital course, environmental situations of stars and planets of an entire solar system which not only computes/simulate the three dimensions but the fourth also (time). Then he uses it to calculate an art that took would normally take ten of thousands of years to learn in just three days as he simulates countless transformation of the art every second and compute billions of symbols/runes of it - each rune can be an art or more will form one. He also created a technique that will make even others who can predict things not be able in his free time as a side thing.

To defeat him, you need to have better deductive ability than him even if he thought someone else his skills. Even someone who can calculate and compute even the Karma itself can't defeat him for he will not only counter it but also find them through his computation.

He can predict what an opponent will do next by calculating the flow of their blood essences, the shortcomings of their skills, the positions of their Yuan Shen, the weaknesses of their mortal body, their movements, habits and their next points of attack as if he had gone through the same predicament thousands of times that he knew exactly what to do and where to move in order to evade the skills. Furthermore, he can predict through their personalities, thoughts, and even their instincts from dozens of foes at the same time and calculate the changes and results of hundreds of millions of skills at once.

In a 1 vs 1 - another genius who was taught by Gods with millions of years of combat experience he still defeated him by predicting everything he will ever do (its a long scene this one so better read it than me explaining it fully here). Later, even the most powerful body in the Cosmos who can passively grasp anything (including Dao - concepts) and evolve could still not keep with his computations.

Can create millions of incarnations within his mind to simulate all kind of battles, techniques, skills. He needs to be able to control all of them, each with different thoughts. Shortly, he can have millions of separates thoughts at the same time to simulate so much.

He created a way to become an Innate God (basically becoming a Dao/Concept itself) which lets him use all the Spirit Body (all bloodline/spirits) in the Cosmos and at the same time learned all the techniques that have yet to be created for a few millions of years.

He then decided to comprehend the Reincarnation Dao and created a technique to jump outside of it which encompasses all the Dao of the verse. He also created multiple use of it: The Reincarnation Dao is not only the reincarnation of the Soul but its also the reincarnation of the Time-Space and Dao. While it can't repair the damage done to the Dao it can reincarnate the Dao into it's previous or next state like reincarnating someone endlessly till to be a child, a man, a woman, young or old, dead or alive, a human, a beast, etc till to a point where he wishes and so it can chose what kind of being and innate powers he/she will have. It can also be used as a means to reincarnate endlessly making all Daos ineffective against the user even if the one used will return all things to Chaos. Also, it can be used to put attacks in an endless cycle of reincarnation so it won't affect him even if they are already reached him.

I would say he's around the 7th place or maybe 6th.

Taskmaster shouldn’t even be top ten honestly. He only has good power mimicry but that’s it. All the other guys on the list either have the same level of power mimicry or better on top of all the other utilities they have.

I vote for Kojiro over taskmaster

Well, Kojiro's power Mimicry(not on his profile yet for some reason) ain't nearly as good as Taskmaster's.
