shouldnt ressurection F Piccolo be stronger than res F base Gohan considering Piccolo has been training a lot more than Gohan who has done little to none at all? Plus Gohan had to go super saiyan to defeat Sashimi, someone that piccolo fought. Or should Piccolo be stronger than super perfect cell considering he knows his power and should maybe have been training to surpass that level? It’s not really that common considering the humans in dbz have trained to surpass Raditz.

Yes, Piccolo would be 4-B. He trained Gohan following the battle with Frieza, so he should be comparable to him, at the very least.
