Well, we know both Mordecai and Rigby have their durability's Low-Ends listed as Building Level, and i think this should scale to people who can harm them, such as Skips, who very early in the series was able to hospitalize Rigby with a very casual punch, Muscle Man who is comparable to him, and other characters

Rigby also tanked a direct blast from an Anti-Matter weapon, which if I recall uses E=MC2 to warrant its yield in joules. I could be wrong in that regard, though.

Can Mordecai and Rigby be upgraded as well?, Mordecai physically overpower Rigby with ease, and Rigby sometimes can hold his own against him

Whatever Mordecai and Rigby's accepted durabilities are, should scale to their AP as well.

Considering how antimatter works, neither Rigby should be dead, or have antimatter resistance

Isn't there a episode where Mordecai and Rigby are stuck in a bathroom, and they somewhat endure a Satellite Laser (Yeah they were far from the epicenter, but it was said that they were found in the rubble)
