Well, in the dragon ball manga chapter 26, Beerus clearly says that he can't kill someone who is immortal, meaning his hakai will not be able to kill future Zamasu.
In chapter 25, we see that Goku uses his own version of hakai against Fused Zamasu (he mentions that even after fusion he is just as immortal as before) and he was erasing Zamasu out of existence. So, he isn't immune to hakai but can regenerate from it.
Long story short: Future Zamasu can regenerate from having his mind, body and soul out of existence, so, his Regenerationn should be changed to mid godly.
