Before we start Medaka has conceptuel man.type 3 with all fiction but Misogi not can someone fix that Thx

Old thread but Kumagawa's All Fiction works automatically in relation to his death, meaning even if they kill him, it's irrelevant as All Fiction can retroactively undo his death. It's basically Pandora's Vainglory on super steroids and with a bigger utility box. None of the character here have any way to kill Kumagawa even if they wanted too.

All Fiction is so dangerous he had to be careful so he didn't end up undoing the world by accident. In terms of speed, it's largely irrelevant, unless Kumagawa is intending to stand there and do nothing, he can outright erase the time it took for him to take any action, essentially allowing him to act instantly without any time passing.

That and bookmaker allowed Kumagawa to seal away the power of someone who could probably one-shot every character in Re:Zero at once. (Alimu Najimi, even if she allowed herself to be hit by the Bookmaker, it was still able to seal her powers away and keep her from using when she wanted to later). Though Kumagawa, much like some other Medaka Box characters have a tendancy to not dodge the opponents' first attacks to show off, mostly irrelevant here as none of the characters can do anything to him.

Honestly it's a massive stomp in Kumagawa's favor as he can stop them but they have literally nothing they can do to stop him. You might argue Regulus could withstand it with Stillness of Object's Time, but even if that was true, knowing Kumagawa he'd pull something like what he did with Ezumachi and just straight up erase what allows his ability to work. Kumagawa straight up erased Colors from reality and even erased a character from existence one time.

In Medaka's case, well The End is broken and her luck (The Hero) would make Priscilla jealous. She esssenitlly copies their abilities but make them 120% better and beats them at their own game. Medaka without her moral code holding her back is damn near invincible unless you're someone who has a counter hax like Iihiko Shishime.
