Lots of CRTs recently, this CRT will focus on one bigger thing and one smaller thing.
First is changes to some Archbishop's abilities, and second is upgrading the battle IQ of combat geniuses to actually being geniuses.

Rai Batenkaitos

Magic

He is of course able to use magic, it not being listed was just a minor oversight.

Teleportation

Dorkell's Leaper technique allows him to leap over space, enabling a short-range teleport in any direction. He already has Spatial Manipulation for this ability, but it does allow instantaneous travel from point A to point B regardless of obstacles inbetween, and is called a teleport exactly 35 times in the novel.

However, he disappeared right before Ram’s eyes, literally in the blink of an eye.

His disappearance was not at a level of merely being movement at high speeds.

The sensation of the face, the body of her opponent beneath her feet, vanished.
However, she immediately got an idea on where Batenkaitos had disappeared to.

...

Temporally instantaneous mobility, brought forth by short-distance distortion of space―― upon that being executed consecutively, withdrawing from the battlefield was a simple, easy matter. Though she had not expected him to respectably fight until death without giving in. - Arc 6 Chapter 82 "Shackle-Accompanying Battle

Making the connection between his touch and his instructions, Rui responded with her usual sound and a teleport happened.

Subaru and Rui’s bodies teleported directly below where they were, to the interior of the Castle, and they found their feet on a wooden floor. - Arc 7 Chapter 53 "What Lies Beyond the Eleventh Second"

Acrobatics

He is capable of acrobatic techniques.

Wielding a large ice hammer in both of those hands, swinging it as if aiming for a home run was Emilia.

The damaging portion of the ice hammer, as large as a human’s trunk, turned into a strike with all her might and made a firm hit onto Ley’s back. The small frame bounced and flew along with a thunderous roar like a gum ball.

――No, his flight had too much momentum to it.
Instantly kicking the ice hammer, he himself had jumped ahead as to stifle the impact.

Ley: “Ahawahaaa! You’re doing it doing it doing iiit~! But but, that won’t do! That can’t defeat us!”

Emilia: “――Hk, he’s fast!”

In response to Gluttony displaying moves with a touch of acrobatics, Emilia made a frustrated expression on her cute face. - Arc 6 Chapter 72 "■■●■"

Durability Negation

Neiji Rockhardt's Palm of the Fist King technique penetrates armour and attacks internal organs, even a light touch causes vomitting- before his fists any obstacle whatsoever was equivalent to a maiden's soft skin. Rai surpasses everybody in his knowledge of literally all martial arts, and should thus be able to use internally penetrating skills like Fa Jin.

The fist of the Fist King which had vanquished even enormous bodies in full armor, in countless deathmatches in the Gladiator Island. - Arc 6 Chapter 83 "Ram"

At the same pace, Gaston stretched his arms, grabbing the continuously moving Gluttony—

Ley: “Palm of the Fist King——”

Keeping his legs raised, Batenkaitos muttered something. His palm came in contact with Gaston’s torso.

Compared to a kick, it had no might or velocity, it was a mere action of touching.

However, the moment he lightly pushed in his arm, Gaston’s body curled and broke down.

Gaston: “Ugh, guhehhh~!?”

Kneeling down, Gaston vomited out gastrointestinal fluids. Walking by the side of the body who had broken down in front of him, Batenkaitos, who had broken through the enclosure, turned back and tilted his neck.

“That’s all you’ve got?” was what his gesture suggested, and the Scales of the White Dragon could not hide their severe expression seeing their pride get damaged. - Arc 5 Chapter 68 "Name-Eating Gourmet"

The accomplishments established by the Fist King, Neiji Rockhardt, were somewhat of a legend in Gladiator Island Ginunhive of the Sacred Vollachian Empire―― No, had once been a legend.

Having been met by the tragedy of the Authority of Gluttony, now with both Name and Memories plundered, no one anywhere who knew of the achievements established by him as a gladiator existed.

On the Gladiator Island, wherein strength was used for exhibition, Neiji, solitarily, using his empty hands as weapons, had survived hundreds of deathmatches, to finally attain the right of liberation from slavery.

Conceiving the refined fighting spirit in his fists, intercepting swords and daggers, before his fists which shattered steel any obstacle whatsoever was equivalent to a maiden’s soft skin. He likely could have been termed as the one to have beaten the most humans to death in history. - Arc 6 Chapter 86 "Conversing of What Yesterday Held"

Past and present, east and west, chewing the experts of all kinds of master arts, demonstrating abilities that were, quite literally, from “every single kind of martial arts” was the Sin Archbishop of Gluttony, Ley’s fighting strength―― or perhaps, it should be called his ability to respond. It had attained preeminence, a remarkable difference of unleashing optimal techniques of the highest peak each moment to the next.

Subaru: “If efforts and the training both are encompassed in the Memories, then…”

Though it was quite hateful, perhaps Gluttony did not even have a need “pull things out” consciously.

When they would come to notice, the body would have already moved, that was the kind of Authority it was, of pulling them out in all kinds of scenes.

――The stolen Memories even included the experience points of the physical body. - Arc 6 Chapter 72 "■■ ● ■"

Power Nullification

Neiji Rockhardt's Palm of the Fist King technique can nullify powerful attacks with minimal strength. Rai possesses magical arts which reject and counter any possible technique.

Ram, confirming the movement of the opponent aiming for Emilia’s face, pointed the wand held in her own hands towards the face of the interim Rui.

At that moment, an extremely small wind was born, and transforming into a blade, was launched to slice up the opponent’s face.

Rui: “――Palm of the Fist King!”

Nullifying Ram’s powerful attack with minimal strength using his palm, the interim Rui avoided the damage and then pounced downwards.

His perforating palm received the blade of wind from below, swallowing the wind in its shockwaves, and scattering it subsequently.

Crushing the wind with his right hand
, the interim Rui then tried to grip onto Ram with his free left hand. However, by the time his hand reached Ram, the latter had already taken Emilia away with herself out of the opponent’s reach, withdrawing to a position where they could mend their handling of the battle. - Arc 6 Chapter 67 "Little King"

The Warlock possessed arms which destroy all, possessed a flesh body which did not take damage from any type of attacks, possessed magical arts which rejected and countered any possible technique, and was endowed with even the wisdom, genius and intellect to grasp everything that existed. No matter how extensive a survey should be taken of history, never had there been a being who excelled in every single kind of ability to this extent, and neither would any other take birth hereafter, for thousands of years to come. - Arc 6 Chapter 86 "Conversing of What Yesterday Held"

Statistics Amplification

Beli Heinelga, the Carnivorous Beast's memories allow Rai to dramatically increase his durability and attack potency to the degree that Emilia's magic shatters against his skin, 3rd Shackle Ram's magic leaves only faint red marks on his skin, and even holy swords cannot scratch his skin. He can likely use Yang Magic which specializes in buffs.

Catching her opponent’s face with her heel, Emilia did a one-eighty and slammed him onto the ground.

At that moment, Emilia held her hand aloft and a pillar of ice rose from the ground; without mercy, she launched the sharp, pointed tip of one towards her fallen opponent.

If the blow were to not be defended away, the strike would penetrate right through his chest, it would make for a truly unpleasant finish. However, unfortunately enough, it was not effective whatsoever.

Emilia: “Eh!?”

Rui: “The skin of the Carnivorous Beast, Beli Heinelga, cannot be pierced, not even by a Holy Sword, is what they used to say.”

Shattering the pillar of ice with his bare back, was a middle-aged man with an enormous beard, smiling ferociously.

Lying down, he aimed for Emilia’s waist with his arm, which seemed to be more like a log―― and somehow repelling that attack, Emilia made haste and flew, flew, flew backwards. - Arc 6 Chapter 67 "Little King"

If he made any unusual movement―― No,

Ram: “Before you do anything, kindly have a taste of this.”

Before he could make any unusual movement, Ram opted to blow away the opponent’s limbs with blades of wind.

There existed ways to halt bleeding. There existed no ways to halt pain, but that questioning would resume until and unless he died. Making that judgement, she struck unhesitating blades of wind. Yet――

Ley: “――The bet, is our win!!”

Whilst basking in the wind blades, the plump, stout man with an unshaved face jumped towards the rear.

The blades of wind which should have been able to cleave, rather than merely limbs, even his fat trunk regardless of how thick his skin was, were unable to bring about anything but a light tinge of red on the stout man’s skin and were swept off.
- Arc 6 Chapter 82 "Shackle-Accompanying Battle"

With his inordinately brutal nefarious techniques, the Carnivorous Beast, Beli Heinelga, was a rare serial killer who had made the Holy Kingdom of Gusteko shudder―― No, once had made it shudder.

Having been met by the tragedy of the Authority of Gluttony, now with both Name and Memories plundered, the vast counts of misfortune and precepts he had yielded as a murderer remained not in anyone’s memories.

By birth, Beli had displayed abnormal growth, and acquired strength of physical body impossible to be realized in average humans. And, embracing the men of his liking to death, he had piled up copious atrocious crimes.

Superhuman strength which his enormous build materialized, and sturdy skin which sustained not a single scratch from swords and daggers. This murderer, who sought touch and warmth, had been one of the most dreadful, feared criminals, along with the Bowel Hunter. - Arc 6 Chapter 86 "Conversing of What Yesterday Held"

Heat Manipulation

He had eaten Emilia's name so he can use her type of Fire Magic just like he can use the Weapon Creation and Danmaku already on his profile.

Accelerated Development

He grew after overcoming his fear of Solar Eclipse, becoming a singular, fiendish, brutal Warlock never before seen throughout history. This was only achieved when faced with certain death.

The Authority of Gluttony, in its types existed an ability called Eclipse. It could concisely be classified into two parts, Solar Eclipse and Lunar Eclipse, but its use was extraordinarily difficult.

Lunar Eclipse was a phenomenon wherein the moon was visible as waned―― On one hand, it referred to hauling out the Memories of the eaten opponents, and recreating them in Batenkaitos’s own flesh body.

Normally, Batenkaitos would browse multifarious Memories, combining them, and practically utilizing them as a hyper-level synthesis, in what could be stated as this Lunar Eclipse’s specialty.

On the other hand, Solar Eclipse was a phenomenon wherein the sun was visible as waned―― Denoting here, a technique wherein not simply the Memories of eaten opponents, but their existence itself was utilized to cover oneself, utilizing them in accordance with their original specs.

Naturally, the original bodies of the techniques’ masters served with greater might for having a good command on those techniques.

However, upon transforming the flesh body into that of the opponent, there lied the fear of sustaining far too mighty influence by the opponent’s mind, with the possibility of it resonating on a sizeable scale in the future. Hence, unless in a pinch, Batenkaitos or Alphard did not make heavy use of these.

What Ley Batenkaitos and Roy Alphard principally exercised was Lunar Eclipse.

What Rui Arneb principally exercised was Solar Eclipse―― It remained as a last resort which Louis could buoyantly utilize, for she owned no flesh body of her own, and possessed no firm self.

However, half-killed in his battle with Ram, the moment he reconstructed the Leaper, Dorkell, in order to survive, Batenkaitos shattered the shell.

Acquiring a command of Solar Eclipse, which he had not utilized until now due to being apprehensive of losing his self, he had discovered a way for maintaining a firm self.

He could now, better than before, with perfection and devoid of waste, enjoy the main dish named the “life” of the opponent.

Ley: “To grow in the midst of battle, is something which originally wouldn’t have ever happened to a senile old fool like me, yeah. Haha ~tsu! This sure as heck’s a masterpiece! Ain’t that right, nee-sama!” - Arc 6 Chapter 83 "Ram"

Invisibility, Air Manipulation, and Platform Creation

He can use a Wind Magic-based Shinobi technique to place invisible wind blades fixed in space, and can use them to step on the air.

The following instant, the created distortion of space came in contact with Ram’s shoulder, and slashed her clothes, skin and flesh albeit shallowly―― A leftover souvenir of a blade invisible in the air, an impudent trap brought forth by wind magic.

Ram: “Something of this level――”

Ley: “You’re saying that you will blast it away with wind? Won’t do won’t do, useless useless! As it’s something that’s been fixed in space, you seeee! Even nee-sama wouldn’t be able to kick it away, how unfortunate, too baaad!

Seeing through her plan beforehand, Batenkaitos, with a bloodstained smile, kicked the air.

Though he was not truly kicking the air, but was using the blades which had slashed Ram as a foothold, walking in midair―― using those whose positions were known only by him as footing, he freely flew about the spiral staircase, which heavily made use of the Tower. - Arc 6 Chapter 82 "Shackle-Accompanying Battle"

Likely Fire Manipulation, Earth Manipulation, Statistics Reduction and Sense Manipulation

He is very likely able to use all six elements of magic, including fire magic which controls heat and fire, earth magic which controls the earth, and Yin magic which uses debuffs and blocks senses, thanks to the tens of thousands of excelling lives he has consumed.

For the Gourmet who ate every possible kind of excelling, transcending talent, history, potentiality in this world, utterly―― all until the very horizons of “Gourmet Delicacies”, persisting in amassing it all within oneself, was precisely whom Ley Batenkaitos was.

Thus, on this day, what was born in the Tower situated at the eastern edge of the world, was a Warlock agglutinated with every technique and odd talent, regardless of heredity and posteriori.

The Warlock possessed arms which destroyed all, possessed a flesh body which did not take damage from any type of attacks, possessed magical arts which rejected and countered any possible technique, and was endowed with even the wisdom, genius and intellect to grasp everything that existed.

No matter how extensive a survey should be taken of history, never had there been a being who excelled in every single kind of ability to this extent, and neither would any other take birth hereafter, for thousands of years to come.

This, was a selection of the world’s possibilities, brought forth by the abominable calamity referred to as a Witch Factor.

Born from the grand hotpot which condensed solely excelling articles, the supreme “gourmet delicacy” itself―― - Arc 6 Chapter 86 "Conversing of What Yesterday Held"

Extraordinary Genius

Rai has consumed only transcendant beings and lives whom excelled in their abilities, numbering in the tens of thousands. He is capable of using and is incredibly proficient in quite literally every kind of martial art that exists, and is a genius in every possible field that could be judged. He even possesses the wisdom, genius, and intellect to grasp everything that exists- never before has a being excelled in every kind of ability to the extent he does, and neither will any other take birth after for thousands of years to come.

"Warlock" Rai

Several of Rai's abilities on his profile and on this CRT come from after Rai mastered Solar Eclipse, which should be fine as Rai technically does not gain "new" abilities from it, but considering the massive difference in power, speed, and skill between base Rai and Warlock Rai, it brings into question whether Rai should have a seperated key for this state or remain with it as a power-up similar to how Solar Eclipse is treated right now. I'm not particularly bothered either way, but the massive difference should still be noted on the profile. I'd appreciate your opinion(s) regarding why you believe there should be a key/no key as well.

These are the quotes relevant to showcasing how powerful Warlock Rai became:

On the other hand, Solar Eclipse was a phenomenon wherein the sun was visible as waned―― Denoting here, a technique wherein not simply the Memories of eaten opponents, but their existence itself was utilized to cover oneself, utilizing them in accordance with their original specs.

Naturally, the original bodies of the techniques’ masters served with greater might for having a good command on those techniques.

Subsequently, Batenkaitos’s behemoth arm hammered a strike, into Ram’s petrified face.

It was not, fatal.

However, neither was it a hit light enough to be optimistic about.

Her skull and brain undulating, blood cascaded down her nose.

Her feet becoming unsteady regardless of the floor, was the proof of her having sustained enormous damage and injury.

And, the one to have brought it forth, a touchingly lovely young girl with an amiable countenance and blue hair―― seeming a jest as it were, in this site had assembled three faces with the same aura.

Ley: “Please do cry, nee-sama.”

Wafting an ambiance of pleading, whilst inducing tears into those pale blue eyes, his fist swung.

In but a single strike, the impact entered the medulla of her bones, or even the soul present in her depths.

Ley: “Please do get angry, nee-sama.”

Her face lowered once her abdomen was bludgeoned, and a punch impaled into her jaw. Though her tongue survived being crunched, her abdomen was bludgeoned once again and she was thrown backwards, falling prey to consecutive elbows into her cranium.

Ley: “Please do laugh, nee-sama.”

The deep affection that voice was subsumed in, abraded Ram’s heart with each word. - Arc 6 Chapter 83 "Ram"

The monster given rise to by Ram, in the final stage―― his ability and strength, was immense and overwhelming.

He possessed no hesitancy. He possessed no restraints in what he hauled out. He possessed no awareness that he was losing himself. Yet, never did he sunder his form, from that of Ram’s precious other half.

Heedless of the moon and the sun being obscured, darkness had painted Gluttony with flawless perfection.

Of course, Ram did not get complacent either. She made efforts to counterstrike.

Unfastening her shackles until the limit of what Subaru could shoulder, leaping over the limitation she had levied on herself that she would not use her strength greater than for a few tens of seconds, devoting strength capable of ending life with certainty this time.

It stood no chance. Seemingly, none of it could contend against him.

Ley: “Nee-sama, nee-sama, such an expression seems unbefitting of nee-sama.”

Ram: “――Hk.”

A fist by her younger sister, with tapered lips and a dependent expression, made her correct her blunder.

Her face perforated and knocked off, crashing into the wall behind, Ram somehow wielded the pride of not collapsing before the blasphemer. However, at present, that alone took the entirety of Ram’s might, this being the condition she was in. - Arc 6 Chapter 83 "Ram"

In other words, they were transcendental beings, from the kinds of enigmatic persons, eccentric persons, and deranged persons.

Impossible to be matched by ordinary humans
, they remained unfinished by the mere virtue of being themselves as well; being blended together with all possible kinds of Memories within Gluttony, they had been finished into articles of greater superlativeness.

What would be the consequence should Neiji Rockhardt obtain Beli Heinelga’s endurance and Dorkell’s ability of phantom teleportation?

It would be, the fruition of a singular brutal, fiendish, atrocious existence seldom seen throughout time.

Until now and amongst all of what yesterday had held, the Sin Archbishop of Gluttony, Ley Batenkaitos had not achieved that.

For within the grand hotpot named his self, by blending all probable kinds of Memories together, he feared the very existence named himself being taken into the hotpot.

However, even if he were to drink up the contents of the mixed hotpot, he would not be taken in―― at the very least, that was what Batenkaitos’s notion had come to be.

And since it had come to be so, he experimented what all he had never ventured to do until now, possessing not the slightest of qualms or hesitance for breaking the established bounds of his own self.

For the Gourmet who ate every possible kind of excelling, transcending talent, history, potentiality in this world, utterly―― all until the very horizons of 『Gourmet Delicacies』, persisting in amassing it all within oneself, was precisely whom Ley Batenkaitos was.

Thus, on this day, what was born in the Tower situated at the eastern edge of the world, was a 『Warlock』 agglutinated with every technique and odd talent, regardless of heredity and posteriori.

Roi Alphard

Remove Spatial Manipulation, Regeneration, Vibration Manipulation, Weapon Creation, and Danmaku

Rai and Roi do not share their meals unlike with Rui, and thus Roi should not have these abilities that belong to Rai.

Rather, he had been getting fed up with Roy’s Bizarre Eating. Because that chap laid waste to hunting grounds per his pleasure, there must have been instances where gourmet delicacies supposed to come around to his side had gotten stolen away. - Arc 6 Chapter 86 "Conversing of What Yesterday Held"

Magic

He is of course able to use magic, it not being on his profile is just a minor oversight.

Likely Fire Manipulation, Heat Manipulation, Earth Manipulation, Air Manipulation, Invisibility, Statistics Amplification, Statistics Reduction, and Sense Manipulation

Due to the countless lives he has consumed, he is very likely able to use all six elements of magic, and he has been shown using the six colours of magic through Twilight Mage in Arc 5. Fire magic controls heat & fire, Earth magic controls the earth, Wind magic controls invisible wind, Yang magic specializes in buffs, and Yin magic specializes in debuffs and blocking senses.

Regulus Corneas

Matter Manipulation

Regulus can alter objects under his Authority's power to an unknown extent, allowing him to transform water into a rising pillar or a cube that transcends the liquid state of matter, and restructure a neighbourhood as if he were playing with a rubik's cube, kicking away a metre's-worth of building like a jenga block.

Standing on the edge of the canal, Regulus slowly raised his arm. His five fingers clutched a massive blob—a solidified mass of water from the canal. Like ice made by a machine, he had somehow extracted a uniform cube of water. It was an enormous amount of liquid, enough to fill an entire twenty-five-yard pool. At a glance, it didn’t seem frozen. It no longer acted like a liquid, transcending that state of matter. - Volume 19, Chapter 1, Section 3

A whirlpool quickly formed at the spot where the wave split in half, and Regulus stood with his arms calmly crossed at the very center. With a single step, he created a pillar of water that he rode upward, flying at Reinhard. Volume 19, Chapter 1, Section 3

Regulus didn’t chase after Subaru. Instead, he put the palm of his hand against the building Subaru had scrambled up. A moment later, there was a heavy crumbling sound like a millstone grinding grain. Then Regulus pushed a whole yard-high segment of the building like it was a woodblock tower. “—!” Naturally, with such an extreme renovation, there was no way for the building’s structural integrity to stay intact. As the upper floors dropped down a whole yard, a shock ran through the whole building, and the entire structure started to collapse. - Volume 19, Chapter 3, Section 1

With that utterly serious response, Regulus stopped his demolition. The nasty Rubik’s Cube–like restructuring of the neighborhood suddenly ceased. - Volume 19, Chapter 3, Section 1

Acausality (Type 4)

Regulus' Lion's Heart stops an objects time, turning it into a distortion that cannot experience change: not experiencing change means no taking damage, no getting wet, no being held back by objects or physical forces like air resistence, conservation of momentum, or gravity, and provides the ability to ignore every physical law. This ability in practice acts similarly to Type 5 Acausality but there is no explicit statement regarding the relationship of Regulus' immunity to change and causality itself, and so does not qualify.

There was only one possibility left of all the patterns he had imagined that could explain—his power didn’t make him invincible at all. It was a time stop ability. More precisely, Regulus could stop time for all sorts of objects. Fulfilled. Not lacking. Complete. The twisted worldview that Regulus espoused in all things spoke to the hideous way he lived, but it was also a confession of his power.

“If time has stopped for an object, then that means it doesn’t change. No change means no getting injured, and it also means no getting wet, either. The dirt you throw and the water droplets all had their time stopped, too, so they couldn’t be held back by the things they hit and just passed right through.”

It was like the classic manga vacuum slash ability. There were all sorts of abilities in stories where people could cut through space itself, so that no matter how hard the thing they were trying to cut, they could still slice right through it. And Regulus’s ability allowed something similar. With his time stopped, Regulus Corneas himself was a distortion in space. The bits of dirt that had been suspended in time had the destructive power to break through any and all defenses. It was possible to walk freely across the top of water whose time had been frozen. And he could nullify all attacks against him by simply stopping his own time.

It was the ultimate attack and the ultimate defense depending on how it was used. The invincibility was just a side effect of time stopping. - Volume 19, Chapter 3, Section 2

“Just accept that I don’t have a weakness already!” Right after Subaru shouted in frustration, an angry roar answered as a pillar of water erupted from the intersection as if a giant beast had come crashing through. And tearing through the waterfall, seemingly ignoring all laws of physics, Regulus shot straight toward them. - Volume 19, Chapter 1, Section 4

Gritting his chattering teeth, Regulus made his decision. Pressing his hand to his chest as his heart pleaded to beat again, Regulus released Lion Heart, undoing his invincibility, returning his body and the laws of physics to their natural states— - Volume 19, Chapter 6, Section 2

“Enough, enough, enough… Hk!” No need to think about being merciful. The show of indulgence would end here. This had nothing to do at all with Lion’s Heart being seen through by an opponent, or with that extraordinary Sword Saint.

As long as he could arrest his heart for five seconds, Regulus could kill them many times over. Because he had not wanted to see the expressions of despair, hear cries of death, he had refrained to do so thus far.

Using Lion’s Heart’s effect to create a state of invincibility, Regulus could ignore every physical law in the world if he so wished. Reaching speeds that could outpace the wind, in a moment that defied logic, with power so overwhelming the denizens of this world could not conceive, he would turn them into corpses. - Arc 5 Chapter 59 "Regulus Corneas"

Ability Explanation

Since Regulus' Authority was slightly altered in the Light Novel version, I'd like to change the current explanation on his profile, which was based on the Webnovel version, with this new explanation.

Authority of Greed: Regulus' Authority of Greed can be divided into two abilities- his simultaneously offensive and defensive time-stopping power "Lion's Heart", and his power to share his wives hearts "Little King".

Lion's Heart: This ability allows Regulus to stop the time of any object he is touching, be it dirt, sand, water, blood, humans, or himself, cutting it off from the world's flow of time and turning it into a distortion in space. Because the object's time is stopped, it cannot be changed at all- meaning it cannot be damaged, it ignores all physical laws in the world, and generally cannot be interacted in the most basic of ways like becoming wet in water.

Defensive use of Lion's Heart: Regulus has Lion's Heart active on his own heart constantly without need for activation or thinking about it. Stopping his heart's time grants him the total invincibility of Lion's Heart and only allows his body to recieve the force and knockback of attacks while remaining invincible. However, he can consciously activate Lion's Heart upon the rest of his body to become totally unmovable, as all objects that come into contact with him will be completely rejected by his body and utterly erased without a trace, but due to his body's nature of rejecting any object he touches, he must stop the time of whatever he is touching, as to not destroy the object, and stop the time of what he is walking on as to not fall through it (should he not choose to ignore gravity). The invincibility granted by Lion's Heart extends beyond just making his body invulnerable, but also makes interacting directly with his senses, mind, and soul, totally impossible, as well as allowing him to survive without ever feeling a need to eat, drink, sleep, breathe- he won't even sweat or age under the effect of Lion's Heart. The weakness of this seemingly perfect defense is that Regulus can only stop his heart's time for 5 seconds before he must unfreeze it it as he risks heart failure, but this can be circumvented through his secondary ability "Little King".

Offensive use of Lion's Heart: Regulus uses Lion's Heart on every-day objects such as dirt, sand, or pebbles, in order to transform them into deadly projectiles that pierce any and all defenses. Because an object under the effect of Lion's Heart cannot experience change and outside influence, ignoring the rules of the world, it will pierce straight through any object or person it comes into contact with- shredding buildings and people alike, turning them into rubble and red bloody mist. Essentially anything can be imbued with Lion's Heart and used as a weapon by Regulus, even air from waving his hand or his own breath can slice through and gore anything it touches. Regulus can even imbue people he touches with Lion's Heart in order to fling them away with impossible momentum that cannot be slowed, leaving cartoonish person-shaped holes in whatever they pass through. As well as this, Regulus is free to manipulate objects imbued with Lion's Heart to his heart's content, turning water into a floating cube or a rising pillar, and manipulating the structure of buildings as if he's playing with a Rubik's Cube. The weakness of this seemingly perfect offense is that stopping the time of and manipulating objects outside of his own body is extremely difficult for Regulus to manage consciously, but this can be circumvented through his secondary ability "Little King".

Little King: This ability allows Regulus to merge a pseudo heart into the heart of any woman he considered to be his wife. The woman's heartbeat would pump his smaller pseudo heart even when Regulus' actual heart was cut off from time, freeing him from the 5 second restriction of Lion's Heart. Freed from this restriction, Regulus is able to remain in a permanent state of invincibility as he has been for well over a century, and he can utilize his many applications of Lion's Heart upon other objects without need for conscious control, making using his Authority far easier. In order to mitigate the risk of losing the effect of Little King, Regulus collected a large harem of women as his wives- currently numbering 52- and keeps them in secure locations when he goes out to fulfill his duties as a Sin Archbishop. Little King has an unspecified limit on it's range where Regulus must be able to "feel his wive's love nearby," but it is at least >100km since he is able to return from space.

This final part of the CRT will be about the combat IQ of the more skilled fighters, as they already have numerous inhuman skill feats beyond the realm of humanity on both their profiles and the Warriors Blog.

Genius

Wilhelm van Astrea, Theresia van Astrea, Kurgan, Cecilus Segmunt, and Halibel should be upgraded to Genius Intelligence in combat, as their skill transcends the realm of humanity and it cannot be achieved in an eternity, even by some of the most skilled and talented warriors.

A storm of swords blew, and in course, the demi-human’s limbs, head, and torso were cleanly severed.

A great uproar spread among the enemy force, but the racing silver flash was faster, easily inflicting death in large quantities.

Splattered blood rose up, the death cries did not cease, and the demi-humans’ lives were shaved away.

The all-too-vivid slashes did not register even with those struck by them, managing no expression as their lives were snuffed out.

Whether such acts were cruelty or mercy, no one knew.

As to what was known, there was but a single thing—

—Surely he could not reach that realm of the blade in a lifetime, or even eternity.

He had lived by swinging a blade, devoting the majority of his not-overly-long life to that purpose. And because of that, it was Wilhelm who could keenly comprehend the heights of the swordsmanship repeated over and over before his very eyes.

So, too, the fact that it was a realm he, a man of no talent, could never reach.

If Wilhelm had created a valley of bloody mist in his homeland, it was truly a sea of blood that spread before his eyes. The literal mountain of corpses piled atop one another had no comparison.

The silver flash did not cease its dance until every demi-human invading the Trias lands had ceased breathing. - Volume 7 Chapter 5

The time and effort that her brothers had devoted to the sword was mercilessly crushed before Theresia’s genius.

Time and effort were meaningless before an overwhelming, natural-born talent.
And she found her brothers pitiful. Despite being shown the vast gap between them, they still could not abandon the sword. Why were they still swinging their swords, even though they would never reach her no matter how long they spent on it?

Why, when they could just do anything they wanted? When they could be forgiven for abandoning the sword? - Volume 20 Chapter 7

Even without the Divine Protection of the Sword Saint, Thearesia’s body bequeathed part of a former genius with the sword. Manifesting adequate ability of the zenith of swordsmanship, the bolting slash rent the young girl’s petite figure in twain――

Q: Wilhelm calls himself an ordinary man, but didn’t he actually have a degree of sword skill? Also, when Wilhelm made his name as the sword demon, was Theresia’s skill with the sword already perfected?

A: He’s a genius, frankly. Theresia had already gained her full strength. For the sword demon to defeat that… there’s no way he’s ordinary. It’s true that he wasn’t loved by the Sword God, though... - Wilhelm & Theresia Q&A

Q: Wilhelm-san said that he had no talent with the sword, but can you become that strong simply through effort?

A: You can't. Wilhelm-san was simply comparing himself to someone who was too strong, and he's humble. There's no question he's a genius. - Wilhelm Birthday Q&A 2018

Extraordinary Genius

Reinhard and Reid should upgraded to Extraordinary Genius in combat, as even for geniuses like the Sword Saints they are in an entirely different dimension of skill, the pinnacles of swordsmanship that can cut that which cannot be cut while using weapons such as chopsticks.

Kurgan:「――There was once a man who thoroughly mastered the sword.」

Wilhelm:「――」

Kurgan:「That man’s sword was beautiful, wild, serene, fierce and immensely strong」

It was a dream that many swordsmen in the world longed for. If the longing for the uttermost sword power was envy for the『Sword Saint』, then the longing for the uttermost sword technique was called――

Kurgan:「――You’ve placed your foot down on the steps of the『Heavenly Sword』?」

Wilhelm:「…Cut the bullshit out. The hell would I know about the『Heavenly Sword』」 - Sword Demon Battle Ballad Act 8

Then, a blow from one of his chopsticks dropped down towards his head――

Reid: “Get pulverised, ya prick.”

With a vertical flash, his slash, accompanied by a shockwave, cut through air, space, and even concepts.

His sword slash was so overwhelming that ways to even express it no longer came to their minds. It was so beautiful, that even though his weapon had been a chopstick, one could not help but be captivated by it, even if they were an amateur at swordplay―― It was the pinnacle of swordplay, the very culmination of it, that which was what was being manifested there.

A slash so beautiful, that one would probably die from just admiring it. - Arc 6 Chapter 79

Killing the very concept of sound and light, Reid’s flash cleaved space.

He would affirm. Should it be the stipulated sword or the chopsticks, regardless, come what may in that flash’s path, it would be slashed down.

For that was, the very manifestation of the notion of the 『Sword』.

The 『Sword』 was that which was brought forth for the purpose of slashing objects down. And sword moves, was the term denoting the techniques for slashing objects down with that sword.

Henceforth, the flash which slashed down all objects in the world, was the culmination, and the long-cherished original desire, of the 『Sword』 and of 『Sword Moves』.

Those slashed by it, would not forget the truth of having been slashed down for eternity.

Thus, the scar Julius Juukulius sustained beneath his left eye, shall not fade away for eternity.

That was the indemnification for having dodged the Sword Saint’s flash, from a distance near enough to graze past. - Arc 6 Chapter 85

—Because of that, he felt overwhelmed by Reinhard’s presence.

The one standing there was the very embodiment of the Sword Saint. Granted the honor of drawing the greatest sword ever made, graced with all the love of the Sword God, the person who stood atop the summit that every swordsman so desperately dreamed of—he was the Sword Saint. —And seeing Reinhard like that, Wilhelm remembered. The pain was long forgotten. What he remembered was something far, far more distant. It was the feeling that he had when he first saw the Sword Saint Theresia’s blade dance. In that moment, Wilhelm had felt the unbridgeable distance between him and the pinnacle of the sword. He had mourned his lack of talent, his inability to step into that realm of sword skill. But even so, he had not allowed himself to rust away and instead swung his blade, constantly swinging his blade, until he finally managed to stretch his fingertips to the edge of that summit. He had proven that there was no distance that could not be overcome. —How narrow and small his world had been. The quality was different. The height was different. The weight was different. It was different in every possible way. It was not something even remotely in the realm of achievable.

It was something that quite literally lived in a different world from everyone and everything else.

Mostly fine.

I would be fine with Rai having a Warlock key.

Completely disagree with Reid and Reinhard having extraordinary genius. It's fine for Rai cause he has eaten thousands of people who excel in different areas, but Reinhard and Reid are just absurdly beyond the skill of combat geniuses, that's all.

They don't excel in many areas like Rai, nor do they create futuristic tech, or outperform supercomputers.

Disagree with accelerated development. That was just a one-time power-up. He did it once and now he can't again.

Roy's access to magic shouldn't be "likely" as we saw him using rainbow magic which combines all types of magic. We know he has access to them all.
Regulus has Lion's Heart active on his own heart constantly without need for activation or thinking about it.
Is that how it's described in text? The only way I could see that working is if by "heart" they mean od which controls the shape of the body. If it's not described in text as him using it on his heart it should just be explained as a partial application of his ability.
he must stop the time of whatever he is standing on or touching, as to not fall through to the center of the earth or destroy the object he is touching respectively.
I don't think this is true. Gravity doesn't effect him when his time is stopped. Doesn't Sirius literally melt the ground below him?

Looks good otherwise.

Is that how it's described in text?
Maybe I misinterpreted it? I thought it was by stopping his heart that he gained invincibility while still recieving the force of attacks, and then by applying the effect over his whole body he'd reject everything he comes into contact with, erasing it.

I don't think this is true. Gravity doesn't effect him when his time is stopped. Doesn't Sirius literally melt the ground below him?
He needs to stop the time of the ground when he walks on it, but it's done unconsciously if he has Little King active.

As Subaru said that, Regulus fell into a simple hole in the ground behind him. It was not a pitfall trap, just a plain hole, which was important. If there was any sort of lid or a covering of dirt over it, then it was likely he wouldn’t fall into it for the same reason he could walk across water. If there was a foothold, then he could just stop the foothold’s time and step firmly on it. But if it was just open air, then he was out of luck. Regulus fell into the hole, leaving a cartoonlike person–size imprint as his body crashed into the ground. Partway through, the time stop started affecting the ground, too, but it was enough to demonstrate the effectiveness of a pitfall. - Volume 19, Chapter 3

He passed straight through the stone pavement, and breaking through that hard stone layer, he descended into the earth itself. As he continued underground, receiving no resistance from the ground, Regulus had a sudden realization. He had no way of stopping the speed of his descent. Ordinarily, Regulus would stop the time of the things that he touched, controlling his power naturally so as not to destroy them with his own body. But now that he didn’t have Little King active and had to consciously control Lion Heart’s effects, it was extraordinarily difficult to manipulate things beyond his own body. - Volume 19, Chapter 6

He already had downwards momentum in both of those cases. He doesn't normally.
The next moment, the cage of fire converged toward the center, enveloping Regulus in a rising pillar of searing flames.
Its height surpassed that of the wrecked time tower. Paving stones melted under the intense heat, and enough melted away at the center of the scorching fire, where Regulus stood, that a crater had formed.
There was no mistaking that these flames were not something a mere human could endure. However, no matter how apocalyptic the inferno seemed—
“—You know, you really should realize it by now. You just don’t measure up, you see.”
There, in the crater that was burned by flames all over, a sad smile came over Regulus.
Sure enough, he was unaffected by chain or flame. Emilia was intact within his arms as well. Subaru should have been happy to confirm once again that she was safe, but at the same time, he could see an end coming that would be difficult to avoid. - LN Vol 17 Ch 2
If the ground was stopped how could she have melted it?

He already had downwards momentum in both of those cases. He doesn't normally.
You can argue that for the second instance, but the second instance he falls into a hole, he wasn't actively ignoring gravity if he was able to fall into a hole. He stops the time of what he stands on which was why a pitfall trap wouldn't work. I don't see why Regulus' need to stop time for objects he touches shouldn't extend to the ground.

If the ground was stopped how could she have melted it?
He could be in the state where he's invincible but still recieves force, which probably would not require him to stop other object's time. That'd explain why he can fall in the first place, since if he was using his complete power then the force of gravity should not affect him in the first place.

I still stand by the opinion that Regulus controls the extent of Lion's Heart. The fact that he was affected by gravity but he fell through the ground kinda proves that to be honest.
I don't see why Regulus' need to stop time for objects he touches shouldn't extend to the ground.
Because he has no force or momentum towards the ground like he would into objects he holds.

Yes, I agree. I guess just add the stipulation that he only needs to stop the time of the ground if he is still affected by gravity and it should be fine.

Little King really makes Lion's Heart ridiculous if Regulus has this much control over it.

Edited part of the defensive Lion's Heart explanation to clarify about gravity.

I gree that warlock Ley can get a different key, i think we can upscale him ti 8A right?
It's very likely that he's at least 8-A, but he could be 7-B+ for all we know. A combination of him only being a Warlock for like a couple of minutes before Ram shitstomps him and then literally only having Ram- the single most inconsistent character- to scale to, anything definitive is totally unknown.

We don't how much of a boost Garf's beastification is to scale 2nd Shackle from >2x it, or how much of a boost 3rd Shackle is, or how much stronger Warlock Ley is compared to 3rd Shackle Ram outside of being a one-sided brutalization in Ley's favour.

I'd rather not be super conservative with combat monsters like Ram and Ley who can easily destroy already upper-class fighters, but I also don't want to bloat their stats just by basing their power on vibes alone.

Ok, for some reason Is kinda lagging my internet, so i gonna do this super fast.

Rai is fine, minus the AD because of Vort reasonigs, give a second key for him is okay too

His brother is fine 2

Regulus matter manipulation is ok? Reading the page, i not sure what qualify exactly trought.
Acausality 4 is okay somehow, i think.
The ability explanation makes sense, ok

🧠 is fine i guess

Extradionary big brain for Reid and Reinhard i disagree, they would just scale very big above the Genius section, not gain a new tier of itteligence.

My internet is kinda sucking now, so i come back later.

Maybe I'm caught up riding the Batenkaitos train but tbh I think Warlock Ley is more skilled than Theresia or Peak Wilhelm overall.

Actually Ley has the most hype statements in the verse, and we all know statements > feats 🙏

Seriously though, Ley has consumed the lives of quite literally tens of thousands of talented, excelling people, many whom could be considered geniuses like Neiji Rockhardt.

It's also because Ley not only is unparallelled in combat skills, he is also excells in every other field such as magic, and likely more common fields like maths, strategics, physics, etc.

It's very likely that he's at least 8-A, but he could be 7-B+ for all we know. A combination of him only being a Warlock for like a couple of minutes before Ram shitstomps him and then literally only having Ram- the single most inconsistent character- to scale to, anything definitive is totally unknown.
I'd be down to just scale Warlock Ley to Daphne based on that one qna statement. Even if it included both Ley and Roy it shows they're relative to her.

I'm down for that honestly, it's better than being "higher 8-B" considering that 3rd Shackle Ram's wind magic went from being able to one-shot Ley to leaving a faint red tinge on his skin, so the boost is clearly tremendous.

We'll see if there's agreement for it.

It's vague in exactly what form they're equal to her but this is Ley's strongest form so at the very least it must scale to her.
The statement:
Q: If the witches and archbishops were to fight which side would win?

A: Under the condition of it being the same archbishops, for Greed it will be a complete victory for Regulus. For Wrath it will be a complete victory for Sirius. For Sloth it will be a complete victory for Sekhmet. For Lust it will be a narrow victory for Carmilla. Because Gluttony is a difficult one it will be an equal match.
Kinda vague:
1- We don't exactly know how Daphne fights to say they would scale to her in physical strenght
2- We don't know if the statements includes the Gluttony trio, because if it does, having three people who can incapacitate you by touching you and licking they hand, and they can telerport, and they have dura neg, makes this fights pretty hard to predict.

1- We don't exactly know how Daphne fights to say they would scale to her in physical strenght
We know that Daphne can fight physically, since she can one-shot the White Whale.

We also know that she can't make a Witchbeast that's stronger than herself (although they may be able to become stronger by some means cough cough Shaula).

It's also just outright stated that Daphne >> Echidna, and frankly her hunger-causing hax would not be enough to make that the case since Carmilla's hax (and Guards) still leaves her weaker than Echidna.

2- We don't know if the statements includes the Gluttony trio, because if it does, having three people who can incapacitate you by touching you and licking they hand, and they can telerport, and they have dura neg, makes this fights pretty hard to predict.
It wouldn't be three since only two bodies exist, and only Ley can teleport. They'd also need to not get destroyed by the massive power gap, hunger hax, and need to actually learn her full true name, touch her, and chant her full true name.

We know that Daphne can fight physically, since she can one-shot the White Whale.
I don't remember that being stated🤔
Like, yeah she can but you know...
We also know that she can't make a Witchbeast that's stronger than herself (although they may be able to become stronger by some means cough cough Shaula).
Ok, i know that.
It's also just outright stated that Daphne >> Echidna,
I know that, i don't questioning Daphne strenght.
and frankly her hunger-causing hax
What Hunger hax?

It wouldn't be three since only two bodies exist,
Maybe is three trought, the Q&A don't say is not the three, just say "glutonny"
and only Ley can teleport.
Ok, one If them can telerport, true.
They'd also need to not get destroyed by the massive power gap,
They so much skilled than her, that she won't be able to touch them.
, and need to actually learn her full true name,
"Hi, my name is Lye, from the Witch cult, what's yours?"
"My name is Daphne"
That's what's going to happen, yeah.
touch her,
Easy thing to do.
and chant her full true name.
Easy, can be done in 1 Second.

Actually, this kinda derailing the thread, can we discuss this later? I don't want to make this thread long then nescessary.

They so much skilled than her, that she won't be able to touch them.
Tappei includes skill in his rankings. That argument doesn't work. She is significantly more more powerful than the most skilled mage of all time.
"Hi, my name is Lye, from the Witch cult, what's yours?"
"My name is Daphne"
That's what's going to happen, yeah.
Daphne is not her full name.
Easy thing to do.
No. Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuck no.

I'd definitely argue that was cut for space, like a lot of Arc 4 content.

Reinhard's Blessing of Arrow Avoidance, the Witches backstories, most of Rui's backstory, all cut for space- but they don't contradict LN canon so I see no issue in using it, especially for a character with such little content.

Well, agree to disagree i guess.

Don't doubt the magic and neither do the teleportation, but would be good if at least one scan for the teleportation part was given so others less familiar with the verse can easily agree because iirc Re: Zero have just Pegasus and Phoenix as staff familiar with it so the rest of staff needed to evaluate the thread have to be given such things, it should also be fairly simple to give a scan of the teleport if is called a teleport 35 times.
Acrobatics
Good.
Durability Negation
The armor quote don't really prove durability negation. The vomitting part works, the Fist King part can be interpreted as his fist just having high AP but I can also see the interpretation that it means durability negation so it should work along with the vomitting part. The martial knowledge part also work as support, especially if there is other combat technique in the series with durability negation properties.
Power Nullification
Both scans works.
Statistics Amplification
The scans only really show his durability being increased, but he likely also know magic that buff his AP so should be fine.

Despite the lack of scan it sound logical enough to accept it. The accelerated Development also works, though maybe it should be specified that it only show after a experience close to dead.
Invisibility and Air Manipulation
Fine but with that scan it can also be added platform creation.
Likely Fire Manipulation, Earth Manipulation, Statistics Reduction and Sense Manipulation
Yeah, makes sense.
Extraordinary Genius
EG is really mostly for scientist characters but considering the amount of knowledge he have and the fact that a good part come from genius then it should be fine.
"Warlock" Rai
It probably should be another key considering not only the increase in stats but also in power as he is able to use his abilities in a far superior way.
Roi Alphard

Remove Spatial Manipulation, Regeneration, Vibration Manipulation, Weapon Creation, and Danmaku
Ok.
Magic

He is of course able to use magic, it not being on his profile is just a minor oversight.

Likely Fire Manipulation, Heat Manipulation, Earth Manipulation, Air Manipulation, Invisibility, Statistics Amplification, Statistics Reduction, and Sense Manipulation
Of course the magic part is fine and the elemental magic is also logical, adding the scan showing the six colors of magic would make it even better but isn't really that necessary in this case honestly.
Regulus Corneas

Matter Manipulation
The liquid cube pretty much sell it and the other feats act as a good support, except the pillar of water one which by itself don't really show matter manipulation but that with the rest work.
Acausality (Type 4)
Not an expert in acausality but this seem fine.
Ability Explanation
Totally fine.
Is quite weird how they didn't were listed as genius from the very beginning considering how they are called sword saints, sword demons and titles like that due to their great swordmanship, so this is basically fine.
Extraordinary Genius
Those things don't really show EG intelligence, especially the things like cutting concepts and such due to pure skill, that's what in the wiki people call bullshit skill feats that can't be classified as actual real and tangible skill, which mean that they can't grant any intelligence rating, otherwise characters like Musashi and such from haxed verse would instantly get EG.

Updated op to add platform creation & more scans for teleportation and stat amp.

You need scans for this.

You need scans for this.
They're included throughout the CRT, so it felt a bit meaningless to repeat it there. They're here if you wanna see them though.

Accompanying the chant, a sound of freezing space echoed from her rear. Countless ice stakes with sharp tips were born in the air, signifying they were ready to be fired.

Gazing at that, Ley’s composure, yet, remained unchanged. With no strong feelings for that, she merely commenced the offensive abiding by her frozen fighting spirit.

The count of the ice stakes being fired was close to, but no greater than, a hundred.

Submerging the aisle seemingly constructed of stone, the dust of the ice which had impacted the floor, the walls, the ceiling fluttered about, the space frozen white bringing immense damage upon the one who taken that immense hit. However――

Ley: “Sorry, onee-san. We’re tired of seeing that… Is something we won’t say, but we’ve seen it. See, because we are genius after aaall, we don’t think an attack that has already been seen once will hit!”

Swinging the daggers fastened to both his hands, Ley laughed, having outdone the terrific attack of ice.

She inhaled in astonishment, witnessing his talent and skill, and having withstood and outdone it as a matter of fact, as he stood completely unwounded. However, if he had outdone it once, then twice, thrice, even more if that still did not work.

Ley: “You’re thinking you’ll be able to win if you do it a hundred times? It won’t reach even after you do it a thousand times, you know?” - Arc 6 Chapter 76 "The Hell Bearing the Name of Oneself"

In other words, they were transcendental beings, from the kinds of enigmatic persons, eccentric persons, and deranged persons.

Impossible to be matched by ordinary humans, they remained unfinished by the mere virtue of being themselves as well; being blended together with all possible kinds of Memories within Gluttony, they had been finished into articles of greater superlativeness.

Born from the grand hotpot which condensed solely excelling articles, the supreme 『Gourmet Delicacy』 itself―― - Arc 6 Chapter 86 "Conversing of What Yesterday Held"
