I'd argue that he could considering I think Rayman should be 2-C and have infinite speed but I highly doubt it's going to get accepted.

Since we assume that aliens have the same biology as us for some reason, I believe Rayman would still be killed by the curse.

I don't think her curse destroys the heart. I think it just poisons it, and from what I know, you can't regenerate from poison.

Yeah you can, poison stops the heart by making it's valves and other vital organs cease functioning. Think faulty oil in a car weakening its insides or not functioning properly.
All that would have to be done is simply repair the insides so that the oil no longer breaks the car down, something Rayman can do with regen on that level.
Poison killing someone with that kind of regen is a massive jump that I see no evidence for
