Raphtalia VS Boa Hancock

Uh...so...

I have no idea how this goes. If this is a pure close-range fight, Boa wins by virtue of her abilities.

But I don't see a way for her to get around Raphtalia's illusions. Which this version of Raphtalia spams to make up from her lack of pure attack power.
 
And no. I don't believe Observation haki helps in this. Unless we have a clear example of her using it in such a way, otherwise, we have no idea how proficient she is in using it.

Or in what way she can use it.
