Alright so we have: OP Durability negating pixie stick that splits space and time ripped right out of fate only to neg dura in a 3-D sense(AKA Ea doesnt have its tier 1 hax)

OP shield that makes its user take 10% damage from all sources... that's all it does. No seriously. its just a fancy shield that is damage reduction.

not so-OP gemstone that kind of lets Jotaro know he is going to get hit but he can't avoid it and is just Clairvoyance for any usefulness

1st one is fine, tier 1 will come waaaaayyyyy later.

2nd one is iffy, does it just remove 90% of the attack's power? Like on a physical level? If that's all it is, it could be bypassed via dura neg so it's fine

3rd one is also fine.

It can be bypassed by Dura Neg, it just gives the biggest middle finger to anything that doesn't negate durability

Yeah, if there's gonna be any tier 1, it'll be coming a lot later since rn it'd be a big ******* stretch.
 
If you decide to make super haxed characters I'm going to have to put on my chuuni hat, snort some sprite, and come up with some bullshit powers myself.

I'll need to nerf him for my Nasuverse RP that has people who can just drop 1-C attacks on bitches, why the hell do you think I would have him at full throttle here? I'll probably give him Star Platinum's resistances and then some and then pick and choose his other bullshit, cause he needs Hella nerfs for anything here
 
Lol, well alright. Gonna go make up a Tier 1 hierarchy for this RP now cause I really want tier 1 now while knowing I can't introduce it until way later.

Idk man, I've just grown used to Warhammer characters being stupidly broken, so I'm worried your guys just won't be able to be affected by other peoples. Could also be my complex about my characters all being stupidly broken as well, but I'm getting help for that.

Which is why I took away Aethyr Manipulation, lord knows Archaon can whoop ass with ONLY Aethyr manip on his profile.

I mean, doesn't Aethyr Manipulation have different types of magic or whatever that only have a limited amount of abilities and uses?
