I don't see the point behind this description.

This is Time Magic, where she uses it to effectively de-age magical projectiles and other magic used by the opponent, why is it said that she can only use it against elemental attacks?

The only limitation Ultear's magic was that it won't work on human....and possibly animal too. The rest are game tho.

Also, Ultear should have Magic Absorption through her orb given that she absorbed Zeref's death magic during Tenrou Arc.
