Quick Mario OE Additions

How neat that I can do this now that the Standard Equipment in their profiles was fixed.

• Mega Mushroom and Super Star give Mario characters resistance to the powers used in Mario Kart, including Size Reduction.
• Other items make others drop their own items, which can go under Status Effect Inducement.
• The same Toon Force that makes characters able to recover from being crushed makes them able to survive lava, so Resistance to fire & heat.

This is based on me playing MK Wii recently, if future MKs to stuff on the same lines when idk about it.

In Mario Kart Double Dash, they also broke out of being freezed, so resistance to Ice as well
