Question about Toji

Could anyone explain more in depth why Toji is listed as having Acausality Type 4? The reasoning on the site is as follows:

• Acausality (Type 4; Having escaped from Cursed Energy completely thanks to his Heavenly Restriction, Toji was deemed an anomaly.[7] Through the power of restriction, he had escaped fate which allowed him to break Tengen, the Star Plasma Vessel and the Six Eyes from their destinies[7] with them being connected by fate[7])

How would this equate to him operating on an irregular system of cause and effect? Or did something completely go over my head?
