Question about Nocturne

His profile says he "His magic is powerful enough to cut through Demacian Steel Armor which Mordekaiser couldn't even damage" I question this because Nocturne is 7-C and Morde is low 6-B. Shouldn't Nocturne be low 6-B via that alone? Unless that is talking about pre-rework Mordekaiser and doesn't count post-rework then that makes sense. If anyone has an answer to this I'd like to see it.

its refering to pre-rework. Demons like noc and others are getting page updates later due to bigger revisions, so this justification will be changed
