Freezing the Earth question

I was looking at the References for Common Feats page, and I noticed something I have a question about.
On the section for Freezing Earth, the "results" part mentions two results (High 6-B+ or Low 5-B).
However, at the end of the "calculation" section, the tier given is 2.8294 Exatons or High 6-A+ (which, according to the AP page, should be High 6-A without the +).

I'm confused about what's supposed to be correct.
Does anyone have an answer to provide, please?

if the result is 2.83 Exatons then it should just be flat High 6-A, yes.

Right. But then my question is which statistic should be used, since the ones in "Results" and the one in "Calculation" don't match.
