Question about Mxy in World's Funnest

There was a feat that Mxy did which he erased the 5th dimension and he explained to Batmite that he also erased all the numbered and fractional dimensions


. By "all numbered and fractional" does that include the countless higher dimensions of DC?
And I thought that Batmite exists in the 5th dimension just like Mxy but Mxy said that he erased Batmite's fractional dimension which would imply that they're different.

A lot of people are also claiming that Mxy erased the entire DC multiverse(not just the orrey of worlds but also the Godsphere, Monitor Realm, Source Wall, etc.) because the panel says "no more anything except you and me". I still have my doubts on that. My question is, is what they're claiming true?

It is most likely out of continuity hyperbole without proof. In addition, Bat-Mite is also 5-Dimensional, not fractional.

The writer says whatever existed in the DC comics at the time is included in it. So it's safe to say that Monitor Realm is included since the first appearance of the Monitors was in the 90's meanwhile the comic was published in 2000's.

And I know Bat-mite is 5th dimensional, I just find it contradictory how Mxy claimed that he erased fractional dimension of Bat-mite unless Bat-mite created a fractional dimension.

Well, I am uncertain if this is a part of continuity or not, but if it is, it would warrant upgrades to Mxyzptlk and Bat-Mite.

The comic was published in 2000, while the Monitor Sphere and higher-dimensional Godhead version of the Fourth World didn't appear until 2008. The Monitor race didn't start appearing until 2006.

Huh... if he means all Numbered Dimensions would that at least include upwards of 10th-to basically countless? WF is clearly not a canon Mxy though so would it be a separate character?

I see, do you have any scans for that? Maybe not the Monitor realm but the Source Wall exists in the 90's and according to DC's Map cosmology, it's higher than the Monitor Sphere.

DC cosmology is extremely inconsistent. I do not think that we can scale retroactively.
