Power of Love AP Upgrade

The Power of Love for both Cadance and Shining Armor is listed as 4-C, yet they effortlessly defeated someone who defeated someone that was casually Star Level, and the difference between 4-C and High 4-C is very small, so I think they should at least be upgraded to "At least 4-C," if not outright "High 4-C."

I'm serious though, is there any reason why people aren't notified of blog comments? I don't like repeatedly checking a blog for commenrs, or having to inform people that I've responded. It is what it is I guess.

I actually suggested an "at least" 4-C for the top tiers, which Azathoth is ok with. Now if he'd only respond to my calc. Thinking about turning it into a thread at some point.
