It's probably not that useful in combat, but Harry can regenerate his soul over the course of a few days by "living" (in the "live or survive" sense of the term).

Also I'm not sure if this counts as resistance to soul manipulation, but he burns off pieces of his soul whenever he uses soul fire, but doesn't die instantly from it. Could this qualify?
