The Scans Below show Ezel > Seilah who is > Mirajane.

So since wendy deafeted Ezel, shouldnt she be scaled to Seilah and Mirajane?

Seems like it'll be alright provided these are real. But I didn't see a Ezel profile on the wiki to powerscale Wendy from.

don't think it works like that, since in those scans Silver > Kyouka, and Kyouka was downright unstoppable until Erza defeated her with "Because she is Erza"

Silver did have magic that gave him an advantage over her though. He probably was stronger because of that.
