Ok this has been stalling for a very long time, I agree with "At least High 7-A, likely 6-C"
I don't agree with Wendy fully scaling off of the Yokai feat alone, we get no other feat of her being comparable to the 6-C's like Lucy and Gray had, so I'm not entirely sold on her being fully 6-C
