Possible upgrade for COIE Anti monitor

So I was looking over COIE and it turns out that when Spectre absorbs the power of a bunch of magic users it includes thunderbolt, a 5D imp.

Based on this Spectre should have had more power than the 5D imp did, and thus since Anti monitor stalemated him he should as well. So those two should probably be listed as high 2A at their peaks in COIE.

The Thunderbolt was not established as a 5-D imp yet at that point. It would take a few decades, and as detailed in the Power-scaling Rules for Marvel and DC Comics page, we cannot scale between different writers and time periods, due to massive inconsistencies.
