Possible SCP-343 Upgrade

So I found this nice little tale:

SCP-343 is stated here to have created an "infinite fractal hierarchy" of spacetime and mass-energy, which even by itself is a clear High 1-B feat. He is also noted to encompass both existence and nonexistence, which by itself would only potentially bumping him up to 1-A. What really bumps him to 1-A status is this line:

"...and horrid things that knew neither space nor time nor any form of cosmic law..."

Those "horrid things" being the creations of Satan, who God (SCP-343) defeated.
