So, Momoshiki created a parellel dimension with a planet and a star, he was also going to absorb the stars energy.

Momoshiki also created an absolute zero degree blizzard

"Jutsu rained on them as if the world was ending... absolute zero degree blizzard, a downpour of meteorites"

Ukyo Kodachi and Masashi Kishimoto co-wrote the script for the Boruto Movie. Ukyo Kodachi turned the script into a novel, making the novel very much canon.

Well, i thought id see if i could argue Momoshiki first, then power-scale Kaguya to Momoshiki later. The novel has factual statements that can't really be argued with.

So if Momoshiki created a dimension with a Star (and can eat up all the Star's chakra?) then I don't see how it can really be argued that he isn't Star level...
