Possible Halo Revisions

So I was (re)playing Halo Reach on Xbox One (awesome game that is) and in the final mission Lone Wolf, during the last cutscene Noble Six knocks out a fully shielded Elite General with an elbow strike and then he destroys a Zealot's shield staggering it backwards despite being injured and also does the same to an Ultra Elite. This caught my attention as Ultra are rated 8-C in dura with Shields, so are Zealots & General who are >>> Ultras. Wouldn't this warrant an 8-C upgrade to Noble Six with physicals ?

I finished it on Legendary and got "Monument to All yours sins" achievement and trust me I'm nothing special at the game either.

I mean, from a glance this seems perfectly fine to me. Would it be an outlier though?

Noble Six is comparable to the Chief and seems to be stronger than most Spartan IIIs according to some statements so I don't think it is.

Actually, a lot of the profiles are outdated and are scaled based off of some outdated calculations. The 8-C durability with shields comes form the Rocket Launchers, but I have recalculated them as 9-A because my originally 8-C calculation was horribly flawed. Additionally, I know we also have this calculatio, but that one also has numerous flaws and is going to be axed at some point when I get to the details. The most consistent physical feats while still being generous to the strongest Spartans is 9-A. And yes, I do plan to fix those profiles eventually.
