Porygon vs. Ben Tennyson

Is it right to assume that Porygon's attacks won't outright kill ben and will incapacitate him? Because Life Preservation will force Ben into a form that will keep Ben alive, and by the looks of this, should either be Upgrade or Wildvine.

I'm not sure the original omnitrix had that but yes, Porygon doesn't need to kill to win.

It did actually. The first time it was used was on Slix's battle cruiser. The Omnitrix allowed Ben to turn into Cannonbolt to save him from Kevin even though the recharge time wasn't concluded.
