Polnareff vs Giorno: A battle of Requiems

Rules: Both are Bloodlusted and have their Requiem stands. SCR activates with Giorno out of it's range and has the Requiem Arrow. Polnareff is who cares he's not a factor in this battle. Speed equalized because Infinite Speed.

Silver Chariot Requiem has weaknesses and very specific abilities that have their limits, and have ways to be exploited and played around, meanwhile Gold Experience Requiem was just an instant win button for Giorno.

Their both bloodlusted. Wouldn't that mean that SCR can use it's abilities at will instead of when someone tries to take the arrow?

That's not how SCR works, by that logic MiH can put everyone to sleep all the time. And GER is still there.

I thought that SCR, when bloodlusted, could just control stands. I honestly was going to do him vs Novel Kars and HA DIO if this went well.

SCR isn't even a combat oriented stand and lacks any kind of strength. It also has the blaring weakness of that light source hidden behind your soul, which Giorno already knows about since he's witnessed both Diavolo and Bruno exploiting that weakness.

But what's stopping it, if it's bloodlusted, from using Stand Control?
