The only jojo dudes who need speed revising have absolutely nothing to do with this feat and need to be tackled in a completely different manner, with some calcs needing to be done first as well
Mostly Part 6 and 7 and a few stray villains of the week who were forgotten in later parts

Then you'd know it isn't "chariot cant react" but "pol has trouble reacting and so has trouble willing chariot where to attack", none of which effects Chariot's actual speed itself.

A good example would be, uh, the very first thing I posted in the thread. No matter how fast your stand is, you still have to tell it where to attack, even if your Stand has the needed speed to intercept, block or attack something, you still need to tell it what to do
unless it's sentient or something like Echoes or Spice Girl, they'll just do it on their own
