I think it's possible, for example in the pokemon manga it's said that the flow of time is Dialga's heartbeat.

There is another case where it's stated that the lake trio exists in all pokemon trainers.

Oh yeah speaking of this, these guys need to get their nigh omnipresence upgraded to omnipresence, at least for Palkia

In a past thread that died a while I gave evidence that Palkia isnt just omnipresent throughout space but also time as well.

If I confuse you does that mean that I have Mind Manip? I think Confusion should (for reasons that should be obvious) but Confuse Ray shouldn't.
