5 hours into PLA, i see rage power for seemingly all pokemon. If you try to catch a pokemon and they break out they can get enraged and seriously boost both their offensive and defensive stats

Tbh that would be damn good in vs threads. If a pokemon ends up getting pissed off by some dude either trying to restrict them or generally taunting them they'd literally get a boost that would make them 1.5-2x stronger.
This is supported by the move taunt which makes them angry to such an extent that they get afflicted with confusion

3 turn limit since that is both an in-game and a anime thing

I mean in game three turns only applies to Trainer pokemon and doesn't outside of it (such as max raid battles). (also its not in the anime as they throw a lot more then three moves out during Dynamax)
