Depends on what Po leads with, if it's China's you say, that could lead to a few things.
**** the fact he's fighting a talking panda may be intriguing enough for Kars to possibly turn him, given Kars' hate for humanity and not much else. (Saved a dog, saved a flower, has vampire horses as minions).

And even then, Po spirit realming may not be as all encompassing as you think.

I guess if he starts with mindhax against Po it makes it easier to side with Kars, he does have better danmaku.

Mindhax probably isn't a lead.
He could turn him though. Acid. Poison, bisect, cripple, hamon, etc. Dude has numerous abilities. It's an option, but as a lead, who knows. Though it doesn't matter all things considered. Kars can avoid the only real issue here.
