This all comes down to if Pernida's compulsory can kill Ban, and I'm not sure if he can. Pernida can reduce you to a pile of blood but Ban's regen is put at low high so he should be able to survive it. At the same time Ban has nothing to put down Pernida.

So I vote inconclusive

Let's see

Ban has no attacks which can completely eradicate pernida to the point he can't regen and pernida can always duplicate to overpower ban and keep himself from dying added by his evolution ability giving him an upperhand and a stalemate when he's on the edge (if this is verse equal pernida might evolve to the point he can use snatch himself)

But pernida has not displayed an ability to completely eradicate ban to nothingness and can snatch the attributes of his clones (pernida can counter that by making more clones and tipping hunter fest causing ban to get a fatigue tho)

In terms of hax,overall lethality and powers pernida has the edge to stalemate ban but has no way to kill him same with ban having no way to kill pernida

Going with inconclusive for now but circumstances might say pernida has the edge

I also want to point out.

If ban uses HF on pernida and his clones.pernida would duplicate futher and further to overload ban's hunter fest making ban unable to stand up and fatigue off

This can result to a KO/incapacitation for ban.
