Paradise City Part 7: Appetite For Destruction

Michael stabilizes but is otherwise still out cold.

Otto follows the others back to the RV and trys to wake up Michael a few times.

[Kongo Bongo Crimson, everyone is in the RV]

"I wonder if Robert will show himself."

 

[The_Divine_Phoenix]

"Most likely. Do you all want to head for another production place or should we give Michael time to rest first?" Nicholas says, starting up the RV again.

 

[Overlord775]

"We should wait for him to wake up"

 

[Edwellken]

"Who was Robert again?"

 

[Overlord775]

"A stand user we made an allaince with."

 

[Overlord775]

"We should probably start heading towards the next location while we wait for Michael to wake up"

 

[The_Divine_Phoenix]

Nicholas begins driving to the next location.

 

[Edwellken]

Jessica goes up to Nicholas, tapping him on the shoulder from behind.

"Hey-hey! Can I drive for a bit?"

 

[The_Divine_Phoenix]

"I don't mind, but do you have a license? I haven't driven in years, but I at least have one." Nicholas answers.

Mame just sits in her chair. "I can't remeber the last time I drove a vehicles, it been a looong while..."

 

[Edwellken]

"Of course I do!" Jessica reaches into her bag, revealing the license to Nick.

 

[Crabwhale]

"fukin...bike," Michael mumbles in his sleep.

 

[The_Divine_Phoenix]

"Alright, go ahead then." Nicholas states, he stops the RV briefly to allow Jessica to take the driver's seat.

 

[Overlord775]

"Don't make us crash."

Joe says rather grumpily to Jessica

 

[Edwellken]

Jessica smiles, taking the wheel of the vehicle.

"You just buckle up back there, gramps!"

She starts driving towards the next location, "accidentally" missing some turns, and probably having a little too much fun.

Joe looks uncharacteristically not grumpy about what Jessica is doing.

 

[Torlikoff]

During the drive, the RV hits several speed bumps, runs a few lights, and stops fast enough to knock anyone without a seatbelt on to the floor. Eventually the alleged third location is reached. It's a building on fire, with a fire truck in front of it.

Joe was wearing a sitbealt.

 

[The_Divine_Phoenix]

Nicholas was using his Stand's ability to remain completely stable, he seemed quite impressed at Jessica's driving.

"Well, it seems someone got here before us." He states, seeing the fire.

 

[Overlord775]

"It seems we'll have to go elsewhere."

 

[The_Divine_Phoenix]

"There was a penthouse receiving shipments from the organization, we should check there. It's Lake Point Tower."

 

[Overlord775]

"Okay, start heading there then."

 

[Edwellken]

"Ok then."

Vrooooom!

 

[Torlikoff]

After more incredibly dangerous and unstable driving which knocks Michael around on the floor, the group arrives.

 

[Overlord775]

Joe checks if the penthouse in on fire.

 

[Torlikoff]

There's a small amount of smoke coming out of the penthouse window.

 

[Overlord775]

"... Is this place on fire too ?"

 

[The_Divine_Phoenix]

"I can head up there to take a look if you don't want to try opening a door yet."

 

[Overlord775]

"Sure, do that, just don't get yourself charred."

 

[The_Divine_Phoenix]

Nicholas exits the RV, using his Stand he flies up right next to the window where the smoke is.

 

[Torlikoff]

The window has it's shutters closed.

 

[Edwellken]

Jessica parks the RV and gets out, yelling "Do you see anything???" at Nicholas.

 

[The_Divine_Phoenix]

Nicholas sends his Stand inside the building, passing through the shutters.

 

[Torlikoff]

The stand can see that a small amount of paper is on fire, which is under a wooden couch. The door to the place is slightly open.

 

[The_Divine_Phoenix]

The Stand tries to grab the paper and put out the fire.

 

[Torlikoff]

The wooden couch is also on fire.

 

[The_Divine_Phoenix]

The Stand takes the piece of paper and reads it, moving away from the couch, it does not do anything about the couch being on fire.
