Any sealing techniques (Jellal's Binding Snake counts too) ar restricted

Abyss Break is restricted as it was never casted succesfully

Jellal gets Mystogan's staves

Orochimaru is in his peak conditon (lets say a half of year after getting a new body)

Speed isn't equalized

There is no preparations so both starting in Thought Projection and Edo Tensei are restricted. However TP may be casted during fight and ET can be also IF Orochimaru somehow can got DNA of anything notable to summon

Bot Illusion Magic and Genjutsu will work IN same way (so Oro can escape from illusion via chakra relase)

Battle takes place in random museum with some dinosaur skeletons (guess why).

Both are serious but not bloodlusted, intent to kill, and cannot receive any (non-undead, non-summoned, non-created) outside help.

If Orochimaru draws or loses he canot resurrect himself by any means/ or can but it doesn't change the outcome
