I was wondering if those who have Conqueror's Haki would also have their layers applied to their Willpower resistances(i.e Resistance to Mind, Madness, and Soul Manipulation).

yee it does already I think... Conqueror's Haki is directly from ones willpower, so people scale to it by resisting Luffy's con haki

I see. I wasn't sure if that was the case or not since from what I know Conqueror's Haki can still be resisted even by Haki users who don't have it themselves and even certain characters like Nami have Willpower resistances even without having haki. Anyway thanks for the clarification.
